On a mech its more important to pay attention to amount of wire.
Too much wire and it won't heat fast enough.
Example, you have two coils of 26g and two coils of 30 gauge both measure.9 total in the atomizer. The 30 g will have half the wire and will heat up fast.
While the two huge 26 g coils struggle.
So its a bit of playing and balancing to find the spot you want to be.
Wire gauge plays a very small roll but heat and reaction time of the coil have the biggest impact on vapor production, of course you will get more vapor from 7 wraps versus 3 but making sure the coils hit temp correctly is the main concern.
If ya want to get real tricky they make flat wire that will really produce.
And I'm not kidding, lol,I picked up the nuc as a whim on sale for 5 bucks over at corevapes. Didn't even think I would play with it. This thing has some wicked vapor volume. Magma taste better but you wanna show off without going super subohm this is the atty
