Hi everyone, I have to apologize to start. I've been a long time lurker but never posted anything, so I can't provide any links yet but I will update this OP as soon as I can link. For now, search eBay for Achilles 26650 and you can find it. it's the only place on the web to buy it BTW.

In the search for a new dripper to replace my tobeco velocity clone that now reads short on my rx200 I came across this rda. I've found for my particular vaping style I like to use thick gauge wire for giant macro coils, its just my thing I guess. Ive found that even with the 2 post design of the velocity it can be hard to fit a 7 or 8 wrap 4mm id .8mm ti coil in there. with this it shouldn't be a problem!

As soon as mine arrives I will post pictures, should be here beginning of the week sometime.

Here are a couple pics I snagged from the eBay listing.

What lead you away from the temple RDA? 30mm, tons of airflow and velocity style deck. Just curious.
Why do people drive different model cars? In this case, I really didn't like the looks of the temple.

I'll post a review of this one later when I get home, so far I'm super happy with it though.

On to the review. The atomizer came in a simple circular tin with no decoration. Inside you find the atomizer fully assembled with wide bore anti spit back tip, and to the side the 510 drip tip adapter.

Everything appeared to be pretty clean right out of the box. I did however give it a good cleaning as I do all new atomizers. The machining is nice, the Achilles logo is deeply engraved on the top section of the cap. It sits nice and flush on my rx200 with just a couple mm overhang on the front side of the mod. The build deck is massive as to be expected. The way they did the positive post was different than my tobeco velocity clone, the bend in the post is recessed - except the post itself, the rest of the deck is nice and open. All in all the machining seems pretty acceptable save for a little extra insulator material hanging on that I had to pick out with an xacto knife. The 510 threads are nice and smooth, but the barrel threads seem idk a little loose, not the worst I've seen by far though, the o-ring on the barrel tightens the feel once you hit it.

I didn't take a picture of my build while it was clean, but I went with a dual .8mm titanium build 8 spaced wraps on an 11/64 drill bit. Wicked with Japanese cotton and juiced with tally ho wayfarer. Being a giant dual setup I set my rx200 for 140 watts at 480 degrees. The vape is nice, thick and cloudy, flavor seems a little better to me than my velocity. There is way more than enough airflow wide open and it can close down all the way to nothing. The spit back drip tip seems to work well with no real juice pooling as I've heard on other devices with similar tips. The top cap does get quite warm with my setup, but the delrin drip tip stays cool. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, and would recommend to anyone looking for something a little different. I would suggest them to buy soon though, as the manufacturer only made 500 of them.
