Last week I got my new 510 from cignot with starter 25 mg tobacco flavors.
I gave it a try and got two good puffs and got lightheaded, stomach cramps came next along with pains around my kidneys.
So I gave it a break and read some more on this site and discovered that there was primer on the new atomizers. So I cleaned the atomizer and tried again with the same results. So I thought it might be the PG or too high nicotine. Made an order with vapor bomb and selected PG and VG assortment in 12 and 18 mg nic levels.
Of these the 12 mg VG treats me the best, but still gives me some pains in my back and kidneys and leaves me very lethargic.
I am now going to try some Eco-pure British e-juice and hope it may treat me better. Does anyone know anything I may be doing wrong or has had bad expierience with some juice but felt fine on others?

Thanks

PG acts like a laxitive on me and I get cramps until I visit the john. My doctor used to prescribe it to me for a laxitive.

True that. OP, you might be having bowel constrictions, thinking it's your kidneys. When I was diagnosed with IBS (yuck) I had horrible back pains, thinking I had cancer or something neurotic like that, lol. It could be that it's moving your system down there in ways that you're not used to. I strickly vape VG because I don't need any added err.. stomach issues.

I doubt if this pain is kidney pain (although if you have had as many kindey infections as me you'd be able to feel the difference) - your kidneys are used to filter your blood, so wouldn't it have to go into your blood and circulate all through your body before ending up in your kidneys (last stop before the exit, you might say)? Perhaps it is your GI as some are suggesting?

THE only caveat is that PG and VG both tend to dry you out so you'll want to drink a lot more water - that'll effect your kidney function, but not within just a couple of puffs.

Rosa is all that and a big bag of chips...make sure you drink A LOT when you first start vaping..I found that I was really 'dry', but after a while, it seemed to pass...good luck!! :)

It could be a sensitivity but its also possible the nic level is too high for you.
I dont know if youre not smoking at all now or if you still are but IF you are then you're getting more nic than you think. If you're not then its possible the nic level of 25 is way too much (even 12 if it gives you issues could be too high). The only way to check is to use something at zero and eliminate the carrier liquid first. You dont want to make yourself ill.
Its a good idea to increase your liquid intake n your daily life even if you DON'T vape, most people don't drink nearly enough; but with vaping you really MUST have more lqiuids. So I'd first try drinking a bunch more; your whole body will love you even if its not the reason you have pains in that area (and btw, I once had a huge fever from illness and had those pains in my kidneys due to dehydration, and my tongue went white too lol). Once you're hydrated you can start to work out what, if anything, is causing your odd reactions and go on from there.
WIth any luck its just dehydration upsetting your system, but if its PG sensitivity thats a pretty easy one to get around too as lots of vendor sell all VG juices.
Good luck!

I'm doubtful it's a nicotine issue. My regular smoke was American Spirit Ultra Lights. The "Blue" pack smokes are a lot stronger -- they're a "regular" strength smoke. I can vape 24mg juice without a problem. He said it's only a couple of puffs anyway.

Thanks all, I do believe that some of my problems might be psychosymatic. After those first high nic with primer puffs messed me up a bit I may be over thinking now.
I am not having kidney pains, just muscle pains in the kidney area. I also recall feeling like crap after wearing the patch in past quitting attempts, arm that I was wearing it on always had some pain
I did order up some VG eco-pure unflavored, some VG and a few flavors and hopefully will be able to mix up a batch that will treat me good.
Thanks again for the responses

Glad you are adjusting, although I would still try lower doses; I google'd how much nicotene various cigarettes contain and it was always much lower. Vaping takes about twice as long to fully hit your blood stream (30 min, according to the FDA study). According to vapersclub, your body does have some chemical adjusting to do and drinking extra water will always help.

Best wishes!
