Just to add another twist.... a little birdy told me that the "Type B" atties are-a-comin'......

I thought we were already on type b. Or are we on version 2? If we are on version 2, and the type is going to change, did the birdy give you any hint as to what's different in the design? (hopefully a smaller cup - because I think the cup contributes to the flavor issue so many have experienced - and a pin through the needle to hold the wick where it belongs)

Type B atomizer have a cylindrical shape and larger capacity tank cartridge.
Same shape of a cylindrical XL (or mega) ego atomizer.

Personally, I'm less interested in higher capacity and more interested in a solid-performing atty that I don't have to clean every few days. And something with easier access to the coil for more robust cleaning. Of course I'm sure I'll buy a few anyway. Always searching for the holy grail...just like the rest of you. Here's to hoping for killer performance!

I thought about that idea today. It could hold an extra ml of juice.

But they will never be as good as the Cisco 306LR I'm vaping on right now. The flavor, throat hit and vapor are all much better. Now I know what I've been missing. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i would not dismiss the possibilty, a type B Atomizer has a very rich taste, the LR version already delivers enough punch.
if the T version can solve the little gurgling problem of the type B, i'm sure you don't miss anything from the 306LR.

Any way to make these give a warmer vapor?
I just find the vapor too damn cold, and that, I'm sure, affects the flavor.

Pulling the inserts out of the mouth piece helps.

Just blew another tank atty. That's four in the past month or so, this one lasted for four whole days. I'm going to order a couple of LRs just to satisfy my curiosity about taste differences, but after that, I'm going to take a long break from the eGo-T. The rate at which these attys blow out kind of negates the savings versus analogs when I factor the cost of e-liquid in, but the real issue is just being frustrated with the thing being unreliable - I need a setup that doesn't force me to carry spare pieces everywhere I go.

These Ego Tank is great!! of course I had to read this thread to get some info about tweakin the system.

So I found that the best method is to stand on my right foot while touching the tip of my nose with my pinky, while jumping sideways and spinning a couple of times, of course all of this while tilting my head a little bit to my left side (not too much or it will leak as hell) that way I get no leaking, great flavor, no dry hits, and tons of vapor every single hit!!!

Make that 5. Another one died this evening. It did last for almost three weeks, though, that's the most I've gotten out of one of these units so far.

I'm down to my last new one now, and unfortunately, it's been on ice for the whole warranty period. I'm expecting two replacements in the mail next week, and I'm going to order a pair of LRs just to see if they make any difference in terms of taste, but after that, I'm out, at least for a little while.

I dislike dripping, even though it's the best in terms of TH/vape production and taste, but I think that my next investment might have to be the Vapemate - if I use it for six weeks, it will have paid for itself.

I should say, just to be balanced, that when it works, it works great, and I've gone through a half-dozen attys without a single leak. Some tastes are kind of muted, but strong clove flavors and menthols come through great.

I'd like to become a supplier myself, I'm a software developer and as much as I like some vendors, there are only one or two sites out there that I like to visit. I'd like to couple my user-interface design abilities with a marketing plan that goes beyond the "hobby market" that I see here on ECF - but in order to do that, I'll have to identify products that are a "no brainer" for people to use - and the eGo-T would be perfect if the attys weren't a continuing problem.

I started out with the smoking stick (http://store.smokingstick.com/) and even though I paid a premium for it, I never thought twice about it.

Also be sure you when you spin to do it clockwise unless of coarse you're in the southern hemisphere.

I tried using the eg-t tank+atty on my GG slim, removed the inner "extra" piece from the tank mouthpiece (still left the outer one) and tried mixing a few drops of VG in the juice.
It's better. More flavour (the good kind).
Still not great, but better.

PS: The GG slim has actually almost exactly same diameter as the base of the ego-t cone, so the whole thing is not bad looking :/

Codex, I'm looking at the VapeMate as well...hey, that would be a great VapOVersary present to yourself!

I'm still just hoping it will somehow 'get better' but no luck yet. But all I have to do to quit feeling bad is look at the Blu I started with and the disgusting carts...then I like my tank a whole bunch better!
