Got my eroll kit from rocky Mountain vapor and love it so far. I'm getting over the initial harshness from switching to an actual vapor from a blu. I have noticed that it starts to leak between the cone and clearo after a while. I thought it was because I had it in my pocket for a entire work day and being shuffled around caused it but even when I just have it laying there, it will start to leak. I've refilled it per instructions and try to get the air away from the spike by doing the flick technique but I still have leaks even with new clearomizers. The ones I received are the older ones with the tabs on the refill end but I'm not sure if that's the problem.
Can anyone school me on how to make this thing leak free?

Off topic, I had a link to a basic how to clean eroll atomizer thread, but lost it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

I haven't had good luck carrying the eRoll in my pocket without the PCC. It seems like the fabric wicks the juice out of it, where the PCC with the slots does not.

I know I recommended thicker juice, but I should also caution that too thick of a juice won't wick properly. All my attys have been rewicked with butcher's twine with great success, and when a juice doesn't seem to be wicking properly, I insert a safety pin through the spike next to the wick to create a small channel for juice. I think a paperclip would be too thick here, but a safety pin generally improves wicking of thicker liquids.

I have noticed something regarding leaking that I've not yet seen mentioned. There is a tiny white "o ring" on the filler cap end (at least on the tanks that have the tabs). I've used my eRoll to basically test flavors before so instead of transferring the juice into a needle tip bottle, I'll simply remove the filler end cap and use the regular bottle.

I noticed after that after a while of doing this with about 3 or 4 different tanks, a couple of them would start leaking. It took me a long time to figure out why, but then I noticed that this tiny white o ring must have come off of the caps when I was removing them from the tank. Once I noticed that a couple of them were missing the o rings, I did a little experimentation and sure enough. Those that were missing the o rings were the ones that were leaking. Not a lot of juice, but enough to be a little messy.

I'm starting to thing it's the tanks as well. I noticed the original rings were twisted in the end cap and couldn't get them to sit right resulting in leakage. I still have the same problem with newish tanks but I think that may be from air or something else. I'm probably going to new those new tanks soon and see if that will help.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
