Somewhere in PA on my Ultra Limited
On the description pages for all model DIDs it says "adjustable positive pole...". Other than tightening the bottom nut, what adjustment s can be made? Seems you could pull the positive pin in by tightening more, but how would you get it to back out? I have one that has the pin recessed till it has to be really tight on my Provari (still works perfectly fine), but more tension on the threads than I'd usually like. Anyone know if you can push the lower pole insulator to move it back out?
(if no ones knows, I'll try it next time I rebuild - won't be for another month  - but I'll post back when I do)

You can add one of the little o rings on the post befor inserting it, this will allow the post to stick out a little more. You could also use a tiny flat washer if the o ring makes it stick out to much.

2 isn't nearly enough ......get 6, then you can vape 6 different flavors at one time. I love my DID'S not even gonna bother trying to get a Zen. I think the DID is a whole lot tougher and Jim really cares about his customers and the quality of his product.
Get 2. They're worth every penny.

That is a fantastic idea! That way I could still use the bottom nut to draw in till the DID sits nice and flush on the top of my Provari. I'll try that next time I rebuild. TY!

(new tip for the Mr. Mann school of DID-id-ness)

My DIDs sit flush on my Provaris without an o ring under the positive connection

I only needed to do this for my P+18650/18500... One o ring is plenty, and I'm able to snug them down flush on the P+. Without the o ring, no connection, no vape.

I wondered the same thing, then someones DiD wasn't making a + contact so I recommended using 1 of the tiny O-rings in between the bottom brass plate and the housing so it would keep a good seal and force it out just enough to make contact on their pv. I guess it worked, haven't heard it didn't. But that's the only adjustability I can think of, and the further you get the plate to stick out the bottom the shorter the + post up top will be and your airflow with the top brass nuts could sit too low to get that intended "VORTEX" to thicken the vapor as you take your draw. I think getting that top nut so close it almost seals it under the drip tip well is one of the main keys to making the DiD become a insane "PLUUMANATOR". lol

now that my DID is finally working great, time to get some really good juice. Any recommendations?
El-Toro Eden, El-toro Cigarrilos, or one of the new Grande range. I have not tried the new Grandes yet though have the Virginia Prime ordered and going by Georgio's other wares, it should be amazing.
The Eden and Cigarillos are head and shoulders above anything I have tried in over two years vaping.

I forgot to start part 3 last night so I started it about 30 minutes ago. Will be up in about 3 hours. Thank god this one is only 2 minutes lol. Its the easy part though. Just heat and quench. But its part of the process none the less.
