I have a black plastic part in the bag!
This is a tool.Do not loose it!
It is to reassemble the button after the cleaning of contacts!
Rick will help you guys !!!
Hey Rick give some Light here! hehe
In a few days you will need to clean the contacts so the Hobby part is coming!
Clean the contacts with baking soda.
Put a spoon of Baking soda in your hand and the contacts together!
Be good with the contacts!

Jim your design is so good. When I was trying to figure out my screw problem I took both big nuts out and the switch fell out. I just tossed the magnet in and it worked Glad I know about the tool for next time

Oh boy! Oh boy! And you don't know hard it was to type this (nic sick) but this thing hits like a freight train and I am just running a 1.5 ohm coil on it. I just love the button action and the over all craftsmanship is superb. The bottom button is a piece of art in of itself. Magnificent!

I'm doing this through Tapatalk for ease of posting these pics.

I don't know how is in your country, but here in Lithuania courier calls you and if you're not at home, you can tell him any person at home can sign for you (of course if you trust this person )

For those who got theirs, did UPS require a signature? Hope not as I am away until tonight. My last DID that came UPS DID not.

And Miriam!! OMG!! You got one after all!!!! Way to go girl! :bouncy happy face:

I'm exhausted! So far today, we've played Volleyball, bowling, table tennis, white water rafting, boxing, .... and so much more. It's going to be tough to go back home later.

Looking forward to the video Rick!

Is there an easier way to adjust the DID to make it sit where you want it to. Like I want the button and the air hole line up.

Show us how to clean it to please. And how to get all the engravings lines up. Mine worked out ok but I want to lower it more. But it will get messed up. And and :)

I just wanted to report back to you on making my first coil with 29 awg kanthal. It was extremely difficult to work with since it's so thick. It became much easier after using the drill bit method. I don't know how anyone can make a 8 wrap coil using this without the drill bit method. It was also difficult tightening the positive nut enough. With the 8 wraps it's at 2.4 ohms and it's vaping like a camp.

Thank you! Hopefully I'll be able to cover EVERYTHING, but considering how intricate the design is, the tutorial is going to end up being pretty damn long xD
What do you mean by a tutorial on how to order one though??

Yes, but it'll require a slight gap between the DID and the top cap :(

I'll be doing a full tutorial on maintenance to supplement the basic POLDIAC tutorial.

I just got 75' of 26g in, now THAT is a ..... to wrap! I've never been into the drill bit method, but I think I might have to give it a shot if I want to rig up anything with more than 3/2 wraps xD

I have always received everything I have purchased from Jim and then some...his customer service and responses to issues are superior compairing to other companys I have dealt with in the pass....keep up the good work Jim!
Jim's customer service really is bar none! MMV really seems to have their stuff on lock! Between the impeccable customer service, machining quality, and functionality, what more could we ask for?
