I'd like a detailed instructionvideo for that one from you....

Actually, you all think I'm kidding (and I know after I tell you how you're all gonna try...). It's the same thing as what Tony calls the "Girly" smoke ring but through your nose. Take a bit hit and start letting it out slowly through you're nose. Now gently do the opposite of sniffing in (meaning a short burst exhale through your nose only) and repeat. You'll get 2 little smoke rings (dragon style - wamp wamp - dragon style)
:laugh::lol::laugh::lol::laugh::lol::laugh::lol::laugh::lol::laugh::lol:

Yikes, decided to give 28awg (3/4 on ~55mm #500 hollow = 0.8ohm) in my Gemini. Perfect wick, perfect coil, surprised no burnt flavor at all. Instant "on". Sick amounts of vapor, amazing flavor (I'd say as good or better than dripping my HH.357's). Problem is that any thing longer than a 2-3 second hit is so "hectic" (for lack of a better description) that I'm not sure it's as relaxing as my normal 1.3-1.5ohm. It's very extreme (at least it is for me). One thing I love is that it definitely gives that post vape watery mouth - awesome after taste experience. I'm going to give it a couple days to see if I get used to it.

Over the next few days, the intensity of the coil will drop to a much more manageable level than when you first wrapped it! I know what you mean about that intense post=vape watery mouth! Lately I've been vaping Pluid on a 0.4Ω coil, and it feels like I'm drinking the stuff rather than vaping it!

Dude, you're crazy... That's like 8 million watts. Although I did get a 100ft of 26awg so once this feels like baby food I'll give that a try. I'm just slow to change. I guess every time I go one more step toward extremism, mentally I can't imagine there being another better plateau to land on. Gotta say thx though, much easier with you doing all the R&D

The 26g is really something else! I'm the opposite in that whenever further plunge into the "extreme", I instantly start looking for how I can push the envelope even more! But in all honesty, since experimenting with 26g, I don't think there's too much more pushing to be done, at least not at 3.7v! Now with that being said, I think the next big plateau will be low resistance (1.0-1.5Ω) 7.4v genesis vaping!

I finished the frame, but gave up on the rest lol

:) I finished the whole puzzle but then again I am a Jig-saw puzzle freak, can't help it, it is in my blood.
I remember growing up and my mom urging her boyfriend to make a bigger piece of plywood to put on top of the dining room table so the surface of the table then was big enough for her new 10000 pieces puzzle! She also made her own knotted tablecloth to roll over the half finished puzzle at night so the cats would not be able to knock the pieces off.
As a kid I spend hours sitting next to my mom sorting out edge pieces from the other pieces.

Lovely memories! Thank you Brigit.

I see you do not forget the DID 22.6
lol
The update that makes the DID from 20mm to 22.6 Diameter,
that will make the Poldiac a hybrid !!
What I am trying now is thinking allways as a customer,
an update that will replace as less parts as posible!
So everyone who have a DID will propably need only 3 parts to do this!
we will use the same pyrex or SS body ,inner tube, positive pole, top cap .
and one more part for those who have a Temon top cap
and one more part for those who have a mini DID or Gemini top cap
ok we are done !!

Besides an update - you will be making a totally new 22.6 DID to fit the Poldiac - Yes???

I for one would want an entire new one - with tank and top width sized to new base. I couldnt put my top and tank on a bigger base. I think a DID for the Poldiac should be as wide as Polidac - all the way up

I think there is something to be said for both options.
I for one love the way my standard DID's perform and would love a "cheaper" option to have them become part of the Poldiac in a sleek hybrid way.
Then again a wider tank would give more volume for e-liquid and thus also peak my interest.

Its all about image to me Miriam - just to be able to put the DID on a Poldiac base is not for me. The entire DID must match the width of Poldiac IMO

This is exactly what I am running. Have been for about a week and I tried to go back to a 4/5 and liked it better with 3/4 wraps. On a new battery it is pretty intense.

What's your wick preference folks? Hollow thin wall or thick wall? Tightly wrapped solid? Loosely wrapped solid?

Noticed with a tightly wrapped 400 and 4/3 of 28 awg, it only works well with a fresh battery. Once it gets to about 3.8-3.9, vapor gets pretty weak. Wicking is really great, but it seems at 3.8v the batt isn't strong enough to get it going unless I press on it for a bit.

Am using new AW IMRs btw :)

I was pretty insistent on building all my DIDs to be portable to my other PVs (mostly VV). So always went for a minimum of 1.2ohm or 1.3ohm. When I was cleaning/rebuilding my Gemini I realized that I haven't really used anything else besides Poldiac/Gemini since she arrived (accept some dripping sessions - I still like my Long Barrel HH.357s on my Provari). Starting to think my long term strategy may be to have a couple Poldiacs (Hy-DID-ed) and a Temon (full set) and most everything else goes to the classies or friends/relatives for starter kits...
