I use this: Vaultz Protective Medicine Case

You can get them for ~$9 @ Walgreen's pharmacy or Wal-Mart.
It'll hold 4 mods in the loops, (3) 22mm gennys & a couple of 186505 in the mesh pocket, and (2) 30ml bottles of juice in the zipper bag. The only real downside, is that the handle needs to be on top.

Wow, I actually have one of those, from Mike when he sent my Zenesis eons ago. It's filled with everything but mods now .. drip tips, extra springs, extra tubes, extra syringe, ... you know the odds and ends drill. I need to clean it out and put it to it's original purpose.
It is a great little case, I agree, & quite handy. I agree about the shame about the handle too.
For an upright handle case with customizeable foam, I found a military one at the same place. I think it'd work great for storing the mods with atties and Hybrids upright. Here
