I use 28 awg kanthal for nano coils.

Thanks Jimi D, I thought that it may have been comparing it to thread size on DID. On my first viewing I took the cotton for vapour  hence my reply, thanks for the posting I will be having a go at it although wrapping cotton in mesh I think could be a real challenge.

You're welcome burnie71 :) Roll the cotton to the width of the coil. The cotton rope should be long enough to wrap around a few times. Bend the coil upwards. Start wrapping the cotton on the bottom part of the coil. Bend the coil down to the wick, so the cotton is placed between the coil and the mesh. Wrap over the coil. Make sure it fits snug on the coil. Then wrap around the nuts, and center post. Press the cotton so it fits snug. I used a tiny precision flat screwdriver to work the cotton on the base for a tight fit. I hope this helps ya buddy. :)

Thank you for posting those pics....confirms for me that I definitely do not want the upgrade. :nah:

Nothing against anyone who likes it, but I just don't care for the looks of it...makes the Poldy look too long IMO. Maybe if the cap wasn't so small....

The same high as other Poldiac with standard DiD, 6ml tank, 360° air hole alignment with no gap and hardest hitting Poldy, Well, I can not miss this LOL.

The TNS is on its way!
But I have to say that is something new
When we use it with one wick works as we used to.
When we use 2 wicks it "HAS" to be solid both of them
the TNS will be delivered with 2 Stainless Steel ropes cut correctly at the size we need. Rope is 4mm thickness.
The wick holes are 4,5mm each!
So we use rope and little peaces of mesh where the coils are!
We will have choices of airholes!
For now the TNS will have only 8 different options.
We do not need any more to open top cap to refill.
We can put the wick at any position we wish.
Material 316L

TNS= The Next Step!

:vapor:
Thank you all.

Hey Tony!
what about the taste?
who else has experience on cotton?
what you say about it?

For me it's great. 10 hit break in. But I don't use lots of flavor. The big thing. Is no hot spots. I feel IMO even a well made ss wick still has a small short going on. The top cap stays a lot cooler. Battery last longer. You know I try all the stuff. By far cotton is the best. But without your quality device none of this is possible. Been using cotton for a month now. Not looking back.
