I'm not positive here but I would assume a 0000 steel wool would do that for you.
Would probably take forever though. My guess is progressive grains of fine sandpaper.
My DID arrived yesterday but I arrived today

Hi everyone! I got my DIDs today, WooHoo! The tracking number was exactly as Jim sent me and the USPS guy could not tell me why it showed delivered to Cali, go figure. I emailed Jim to let him know and I think he was just as happy to know I received them as I was! THANK YOU JIM!!!
I'm using the 32awd A-1 (ebay link) and I "DiD" 5 coils I think. It's performing flawlessly as far as consistency, vapor production and all around functionality......BUT,....I thought after a day of using it a bit the flavor would be much more dominant, it honestly taste like I'm vaping unflavored 50/50 nic. NO flavor at all, what gives. If everything else is flawless wouldn't I have some kind of flavor, this is my very 1st R.A. so if their is anyone out there that knows a trick that I obviously don't ....please fill me in. Thanks. .....J
That is strange, wish I new the answer to that one but I have no clue there. What are you vaping in it? Is it possible that the mesh and wire need to "break in" so to speak????
I've polished out quite a few sportbikes frames, and I know those are aluminum but I done a bit of steel also. I always use wetsand paper. Maybe start with a 400 grit wetsand, then go up from there till you achieve the finish your looking for. 1500 & 2000 grit will make it look pretty much like stainless steel with a slight to pretty good mirror effect, almost chrome but not, the last stage before the high speed buffing wheel and polishing compounds. Just go slow and steady and NO circular motion with metal,,,back and forth medium to light pressure. Hope this maybe helps ya a bit.
It should be very broke in at this point. I'm vaping "Jeremy's RY4 from GV (the RY4 I came up with colaborating with the owner...MY RY4lol) Gourmet Vapor. Freddie says it's the BEST RY4 he has ever tried and loves it. Took me about 6 months to get it right, but their is no way I shouldn't be tating this stuff, it is sooo ssweet and absolutely ROBUST in flavor, this juice has the most flavor out of any juice I've ever bought or even made myself. It's the kinda flavor that your tastebuds jump off your tongue and smack ya in the face kinda flavor. And the ONLY flavor I've found I can vape all day everyday and NEVER get tired or sick of it. .....What a good Real RY4 should taste like. Ask Freddie about it. I should be tasting it for sure.

From what I understand the A1 has a tad more tensile strength. That being said, the difference probably doesn't really matter for what we are using it for.

Seriously, I don't know, they have different temperature ranges, but way above what we use them for. Tensile strength is really indistinguishable, I think, for our purpose.

Light scuff rotating it in / with 220 then 400 > 600 >800. Took about 5 minutes. All done dry. Hope this helps.

I'm getting great flavor with a 3/3 coil with a 3.7 device & my Buzz pro turned down to around 3.7. Got good flavor almost immediately during break in of the coil with one of my past all day vapes that I have a bunch of, GP VG RY4. Then changed it to my new all day vape, GBC by vapealisious (sp) and tons of flavor.
I tried more coil wraps and higher voltage just fiddling around but found the 3/3 to 3/4 coil works for me. YMMV
I got same "problem" (not realy a problem its on the way), did try usps/dhl/fedex, im from europe to so i dont know where i need to track it...
Been 4 days after i received tracking, it should be listed somewhere allready.
