You're probably right but 170 pages is a lot to read with my schedule and many people on ECF are very helpful and patient- myself included- and I thought people would help, as they did. I suppose I just overdid it but did my best reading through as much as I could. And I did do searches but sometimes I feel like the search thread option is not too great on ECF... I also didnt want to waste any time ordering... Especially with something like a genesis, you never know when something will be out of stock, etc.. As I admitted, I succumbed to over- excitement and a need to have answers immediately...
Alright. As I said before you commented, I'm going to chill with the questions and responses.
I just noticed in a post way back a member asked where I got a pyrex tank for the DiD? My apologies for not answering before now....just didn't see it.....these pages go by rather fast..lol.... I had a pyrex carto tank a friend blew for me and it ended up fitting the DiD more than perfectly. The juice now tastes so rich, clean, and robust with flavor. I now have the DiD working flawlessly after a few tweaks here and there........and a bit of patience getting here but WOW was it worth all the frustration.....HELL YES!!!! Truly worth EVERY PENNY and time awaited to get it. What a game changer. Once again, Jim you deserve a standing "O" !!! You really outDiD yourself on this one...Im ready for that "mini" now. I don't think you'll have long to wait my friend. I just checked mine (#934) and it said "Processed Through Sort Facility:ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)". I assume that means it has left NY, although I could be wrong. Your's should be right around the same, as we ordered pretty darn close to each other. And our states are pretty much the same distance from NY too.
Maybe you'll luck out and actually get your's before me.

I assume that means it has left NY, although I could be wrong. Your's should be right around the same, as we ordered pretty darn close to each other. That part about "common carriers" worries me. Would that mean anything ordered overseas (such as the DiD) would fall under this "common carrier" law even though it's destination is outside NY's jurisdiction?

Yes, 95 per cent of the time it means it left ny... and probably quite a while ago as there's a lag.. I bet 2 business days tops..

That is a bill that should worry us all because all of these legions of the ignorant(about ecigs at least)will want to "follow suit" and try to ban the everywhere else.Kind of like "keeping up with the Jones's".
P.S. mine has said "processed through NY" since 7/03 so hopefully tomorrow is the day and it's just not going to update anymore until in the morning saying "out for delivery".Most on here didn't get any updates on usps so,we're either lucky we can somewhat track it or unlucky we can see how long it's just sitting there.I'm not the optimist with the post office but,hey I'm trying.

Well, if you've lived here 35+ years, it's nothing special. Especially if a hurricaine just hit. I can definately feel for those who lost power in that storm last week, and have to suffer this heat with no A/C.
I wonder if we sent some specs to Phiniac, if they could make us a pyrex tank for the DiD?

I agree, 165 pages is a lot to read. Believe me, I understand a busy schedule. Yes, many on ECF are very helpful and patient.
All of which is why I suggested reading the thread. I try to respect others busy schedules as well, so I read the thread before asking questions, or answering questions that were previously asked, in case they were already answered. Trust me that there are answers to questions that you didn't even know you had in this thread.
I also didn't want to miss out on a genesis, so kept an eye on the quantity listed as on hand on the ordering website, to make sure that I didn't.
