Damn. And I got excited putting my DID on my newly acquired PAPS last night. That is SHINE!
I agree that the tops/bottoms and center pins/posts are standard sizes. Looks like the default Gemini is mini-top, std-bottom so it would perform like a mini. If you had spare parts and reversed it it would hit like a std.
I agree with the list of things that will affect performance that DSpin posted, but the Gemini is unique here because you could swap parts out and get either setup where it counts.
One question I'm curious to answer is what happens to your wicking if you had to accommodate the angled Gemini tank? Would be fine for default config (could reach juice in the bottom), but would hit somewhere around the middle of the tank side if reversed. So I guess you'd cut a short wick and tilt it after half the tank is gone?

Oh and got 2 mini's delivered yesterday
I gave them a welcome home vodka bath, polished and assembled but just too tired to wick &coil. Maybe tonight. I also need more mods and haven't mentally agreed what to get (I seem to want 2 of everything....). Does anyone make a 4000mAh 18350 battery? I want tiny, big batt capacity, shiny, variable voltage, all mechanical with electronics that tell me volts, ohms and let me set by power. In other words what I want doesn't exist (actually not even possible ). I'll keep looking...

I'm paranoid. I clean everything new in 100 proof vodka before I use it. Just seems like good practice to remove any manufacturing residue and I like to always make sure there's no burs and debris in the cut holes or on the threads.
Figure 2 weeks from notice of shipment. Once it hits customs the status never changes and it just shows up one day.

I have been vaping on my reg DID for just over a week now, and must admit as we have all done...it is a lovely piece of kit.
I do seem to have a slight problem though...I get a semi decent amount of vapour but not as much as my cartomisers I was using prior to getting the DID.
I have set-up 3 different coils over the week and a bit I have had the DID, just to see if I could improve on this...and they are all pretty much the same, vapour wise.
When I first put on a new coil I do dry burn bursts on my Provari to check for shorts etc...and sort them out accordingly...one thing I did notice last night while doing the third coil was that all three of the coil loops are lighting/glowing red but there is a split second or two delay between them...which I simply just put down to the current pushing it's way through the resistance wire.
Can anyone advise me on how to increase the vapour production ?

Are you making a fat wick. Using a 2/3 coil. Also chack the air hole alignment. Mark with your finger where the wick is and turn the top cap until it is aligned. Also I háve read so hole have so burs on them make sure the hole is unobstructed up a few posts I posted a link to a video. Does it run like mine with out the top cap.. Make sure there is no crud build up also use some tp to clean the coil. Don't go crazy just get the big gunk off. Hope this helps

This is the best I have..... but still yummy. Certainly not as shiny. NOt quite sandford and sons, but certainly won't blind anyone.
I replied on that video stating that it is an obvious troll. I hate ignorant people that post .... like that to only troll and hurt other people.
