Agreed.

Can you all be so kind and help me to understand the nature of the Provari in this situation? I yet do not own one, and have a lot to learn about them first hand. But, from reading, I was under the impression that if there is a coil or wick short, that the Provari has a safety feature that will shut it down, providing the user with error codes, and just plain won't work. In this particular video, however, it is still working. I need a bop upside the head on this one, to let the clutter out and the good info in. Thanks in advance.
That's a bad video for Provape's safety..

Hope they don't see it. I don't want them to make it more sensitive. I getting one before they do :). vape at your own risk.

Tony
Absolutely Tony! My go-to is my Provari. One thing that it likes to pick up is bad coil wire. Maybe this guy was using Sandvik Kanthal. The best IMO ! LOL

The sad thing most of us know he's most likely doing it on purpose. But he may convince a few first time genisis buyers, people do a lot of thing out of jealousy. Or there is a chance he needs us to show him the right way. .00001 chance. :)
he sounded like a kid. Being old. That's our new generation. Funny I was just watching the comedy God bless America.

Tony
He took the vid down/ made it private. I went to reply to his last reply that "ya'll couldn't see the fun in it" with: No fun here. You are portraying something that is wrong and could be a safety issue, when in fact there is nothing with the product. YOU set it up to do that.

found a vid on youtube, but mine seems to have a part the one in this vid does not have.
An extra white plastic part that is on the long thin center post that goes up through the entire unit....

edited to add:
It won't go back together with this piece on, but doesn't seem to go back right without it.

Just bringing this back up....
I am unable to get my mini back together. Any ideas?

Pictures ? I don't have a clue.

Oh man.... If YOU don't know, I'm screwed. LOL

Can't take pics right now, but it was on the center post when I took it apart.
It looks very similar to the white plastic piece that is in the center of the top.
It does not seem to fit into the same hole on the bottom, and I didn't see it all in the vid I found on youtube.

If I put it together without it, the center screw does not tighten on the center post and both will just spin.
If I attempt to put it together with it, the top part does not meet the tube that holds liquid.

I'm at a loss and a standstill with getting it up and running.

I never not vaped it without the fill screw in it. I carry my pv in my pocket and lay it down most of the day. I know for a fact that without the screw it I would get serious leaking. My DIDs preform great with the fill screw. No complaints here. In fact this is just one reason I prefer the DID over other genesis attys.
Same here!!!

Did atomizer misfire - YouTube

Did you guys see this Video yet, I would hope if you buy something of quality you can get it working. We are Modders and now what we are getting our selfs into.

This guys is making it flame up by making a long positive coil and running it hot. I don't think he knows what he is doing.. Beside making him self look dum.. :)

I offered to buy it from him.. :)

i tried to make mine do the same thing,,no way no how was i going to succeed,,he did something out of the ordinary and i can't duplicate it !! even making an insane long coil in a horizontal position

wondering what type of wire he used for the coil ?? copper aluminum or what ??

Favorite things about the did so far...
1. No cartomizers!
2. It sparkles!
3. Super rad awesome vapor!
4. The flavor!
5. The little jet of vapor that shoots out the airhole while chain vaping (this is a big one. I can sit and vape like a fiend just watching that jet shoot out like a steam engine)
6. NO CARTOMIZERS!

That is all.

"Since bronze is conductive and the wire is resistive, one does not want too long of a resistance wire hanging in the air between the positive post and the wick for obvious reasons." From the original post. THE VAPING CHAMBER: section.

As long as the output current is not exceeding 2.5A (V1) or 3.5A (V2), Provari will keep working hard to flame the juice.
