1/16in = 1.5875mm, so I'd go with 1.6mm. If you have both drill bits, I'd start with 1.5mm see if you like it and go 1.6mm if necessary (you can always make it bigger, harder to make it smaller)

I think it looks pretty sweet both ways. I actually like the KF tanks Jim sells, and I think its a nice add-on option. All stainless looks pretty sweet too, depends on my mood

I did read in the last couple of days that the checkout feature may have been turned off. Jim usually does that to catch up or update products. I haven't tried...if I try, I'll end up ordering more stuff.
Absolutely, and fine craftsmanship is well worth waiting for IMHO.
I have the perfect solution for your problem. Many others and myself use these tanks for the standard DID. These are a perfect fit without any cutting or anything. I use cinnamon tank cracker juices and these work perfect for me!

U know, I'd love a clear tank that doesn't crack... Had a clear Kir Fanis tank on my DID, but it cracked today, due to come cappucino juice
Anyone know of any clear tanks that do not crack for the DID and maybe for the Mini DID?
Yes, it sure does!!! I vape Pluid every now and then and I have absolutely no issues with it interfering with that polypro plastic.

Fun colors!! I might have to pick up a few, for those times I need to see the levels (okay, you got me, ... and bubbles!). These would be handy for keeping certain flavors with certain colors. Plus the clear Kir Franz ones on Jim's site for yet another flavor. That is, of course, if I can ever bear to take the SS tank off for a few hours.
Dragon ecigs has the black color like on my sig. Carolina only has the three colors.

Yeah, it drive me crazy not to be able to see how much juice I have. Before getting those tanks, I would always have to top off tanks before I left the house. Now I know if I'm going out for a few hours, half a tank will do just fine. It's comforts me to see how much juice I have in the tank.
Nice!!!!!!!!!!! I just went with the white/clear-cloudy ones on mine. I didn't go all fancy. I think it looks perfect on yours. Right now my all day pv is a chrome provari, so I think that the color I have fits perfectly for mine. Your does look amazing!!! I think the black would be a awesome match too for the new chrome black provari or any other black pv as well.
The ends from the color tanks also fit the ss tanks from the DID and short DID

Now that's interesting. You could conceivably use the SS DID tank as a carto system for particularly aggressive juices. Not that I'd want to personally, but it's just another varied use for the incredibly versatile system that is the DID.
