Does anyone have DID's that has both the SS & BRASS center poles? Which performs better for you? I knoe that SS Is not a good conductor so i hope you guys that have both can give a clearer review for this
I multi-metered both and SS added 0.05ohm. Not enough difference to have any noticeable effect, but the ease of use, ease to clean and strength moved me to replace with SS in all my DIDs (YMMV).
I do in fact find myself compulsively touching it as I vape
The Gemini is the only one of my 4 different DIDs that I seem to do that with. There is something about it. It will also hold a little more juice than the mini.

You got that right Jim. It's my adult lego set in SS! Just love the way you made everything compatible and interchangeable.
My collection is not complete without that new setup base...what a great idea. Got to include one of those on my next order.
I understand this is highly polished aluminum.
What is on the underside of the base? Looks like a fabric or plastic bottom to prevent scratches on furniture?

I have an idea if you can make a FAT DID that will fit all 22mm modes like Caravella and GP Paps
If you make it exactly the same like the short DID but in 22mm
And call it FAT DID

I was wondering if anyone knows if the reg DID tank can later be purchased and used on the DID shorty. I might be in the mood for a heavy vaping mood or out and about town. I cant wait. I came into some extra money and thought Id try the DID, for months Ive been seeing these 'happy vaper" posts about the DID, so went ahead and did it. I got the shorty because I didnt want such long unit, but it would be nice to have the option for more juice needs.

You'll need the positive post and center tube for the full size too.

Thank you , that is not a problem, but I will get to know the new "DID" when it gets here. Im hoping that this will be the item that gets me using it more than my favorite all around method of a cartomizer and tank. As i said before I have a VN, little phoenix and Steam Machine but I use my carto and tank 90% of the time because of the ease, reliability and volume of juice.

I would love a FAT DID too, about 4 or 5 ml would rock! but.... I would need you to make some sort of ring to go on my Provari too so it has a nice sleek look with the FAT DID on top of it ;-)
