I knew that one Brigit! I enjoy it most winters! (I love the French! they have good food and fab drinks!)
Sometimes I have hot choco with Czech rum (for the Czech ppl out there I mean Bozkov) also very yummy!
But now I must try out Uma's recipe with the vodka too!

Should try warm apple cider with spiced rum (and a cinnamon stick)....

You put the vodka in the hot chocolate? Now that sounds like something I have to try!

Oh good heavens yes my dear! A little dab will do ya... unless it's super windy and the tree branches and acorns are keeping you awake til 4:00 am with every crash on the roof, then a stronger dose is called for. But, it'll taste ... oh who cares!

@Miriam: Hot chocolate with Qantreau and whipped cream....best medicine for everything :)

Geesh! Do you all want to see me drunk again or something! LOL

Hey Jim, will the Poldiac work with a Kick and 18490? I'm not sure how people use non-regulated devices. I mean they start out at 4.2v and drop down to 3.4v over the course of using the battery. How does the vape not drastically change? I'm buying a Poldiac either way because I just have to have that cool button setup but if a Kick works in it, that would be even better!

I have a kick but have kind of gotten spoiled by LR (~1.2ohm) that can't use a kick very well at all. That span of time between 4.2v down to 3.8v is too good to miss but definitely requires 100% mech to handle the amps. Hopefully Evolv will come out with a new Kick based on the DNA 20. Now that would be amazing to regulate at 15 watts (1.2ohm@4.2v = 14.7watts) for the full length of the battery charge...

hi guys.
my mom is having issues ordering a DiD for me.
she put an order in November 2nd, never received confirmation or anything so put another one in November 25 and still no confirmation. she was never charged for it.

i need help, having little experience ordering online, and not being within 100 miles of her is making this difficult.

A couple things that may help. If she signed up for an account at MMVapors when she ordered, she can look at the order history under the My Account link. If she didn't (or even if it's easier for her) there is a Contact link on the MMVapors website. She can ask her question and someone always gets back quickly. If she didn't receive an email confirmation when placing the order, and wasn't charged to her credit card, I'd bet the order didn't complete. On the plus side, Jim's new shipping is really fast so if you place an order now it'll get to you pretty quick.

Got my mini-DID today! Shipping was super fast and it is happy at home on my epipemod. I set it up using my provari which made life SO much easier. Hits good, flavor is great. Really enjoying it! Great work Mr. D!

Just popping in to say how much I love this thread: A whole bunch! :)

Atlas is awesome, but people on this side of the pond might immediately think of books filled with maps (assuming they don't know Greek mythology at all). I love the Kronos idea (Cronos? Cronus? Kronus?), personally.

Rum plays wonderfully with anything spiced (like cider, of course).

And the DID plays amazingly, period. :vapor:

Tony! I would love to take a few hits from your crazy setup. I can hardly imagine!

Miriam! Most of my closest friends are Sisters of Sappho, and you constantly crack me up. :p

Finally bored out my new(ish) Standard DID's airhole to 1/16"!!!! B/c I just moved, my old drill and vice are still packed away, so I bought a new drill, vice, and set of TI bits 2 days ago, then those, along with my sunglasses, got stolen when my car got broken into the other night...so I managed to borrow everything I needed from my pops! Hard week :(

I was browsing jim's site and notice the spring that he's selling, what's the purpose of that setup and any videos for demos?

Upgrade kit for the centerpost. It creates a spring loaded contact for wrapping the postive end of the coil instead of needing to tighten nuts.

Like this (kind of):

How are you liking that setup? I worry about wire security, I'm apparently hard on my did, and I doubt I'd be able to drive and fix a loose wire!
