I've been holding off buying a new device, getting by with an old 2010 Provari, waiting on the Poldiac. Today the Provari finally died so I'm sending it in to have the board replaced and I'm using a couple of wooden box mods to tide me over until the Poldiac comes out. They are beautiful mods but I've just grown so accustomed to tube mods. Seems like fate that my go to PV died just as this is about to be released!
I can't wait!!!

Ditto! I find it absolutely gorgeous too.

You will want copper w/silver plating - that is best of all unless one had pure silver contacts and that is too expensive

Bummers about your Provari, but it's good that it's getting serviced back to good as new. It'll almost be like you're waiting for 2 new mods! One VV and one outtathisworld mechanical. Lucky bum!!

Not that I would mind seeing your I'm sure not ugly face, but no I want to see a picture of how Greek's see Santa. I know what an American Santa looks like and I have seen some other countries depictions of Santa. So, I'm just curious what Greek's think Santa looks like.

Santa is not ours it is Coca Cola creation so I think we have the same Santa
red-white with white hairs!! hehe

We use to decorate a boat but thrue the years we do the same as you , tree !!

Well... I have some very sad news for all of you DID'ers out there.

I bought another DID from Jim yesterday and I just finished entering my shiny new order number over in the new lottery thread. So being the lucky kinda guy that I am, ~cough... cough.. choke~ I just wanted to say sorry but that will be the winning number when Jim runs the numbers on Christmas.

I would like to take this moment to thank my beautiful wife for buying me such a nice Chrisms present. WOOOT!

THIS IS NOT A TEASE!!!!!!
I just say that I made a good cleaning of my brass contacts and took 2 draws!! WOW
And I wondered about the Silver plated !! lol
With the POLDIAC I will include one spring SS but you will get it setuped with the magnets which I believe will never change with the spring!
BUT if you lose one magnet when you make you weekly clean you put the spring until you get your ne set of magnets!!
The spring is harder than the magnets!
