Looks like "Shirt" is the twisty outer cover on the button body
OK I start from left or from down to up when assembled
Bottom End Cap
Body Tube
Pant Tube
Button Body
Shirt
Top End Cap

I think the top "?" is the base of the button body and the bottom "?" is the end on the body tube. Looks like the "Pant tube" slips over the body tube and the Shirt covers the button body.
