Jim, I know you are being bombarded with questions but I just have to ask you this. I am interested in brass top end cap, button body and bottom end cap. Any idea when those might be available?
Actually, you all think I'm kidding (and I know after I tell you how you're all gonna try...). It's the same thing as what Tony calls the "Girly" smoke ring but through your nose. Take a bit hit and start letting it out slowly through you're nose. Now gently do the opposite of sniffing in (meaning a short burst exhale through your nose only) and repeat. You'll get 2 little smoke rings (dragon style - wamp wamp - dragon style)

This morning, when I read your post, I gathered every inch of my imagination to create a sort of mental video, which lead to a severe attac of giggles, imagining an extremely skinny guy with wings on a bike blowing rings from the nostrils, causing my efforts to result in something like an old railway engine starting up, which on the other hand did feel quite familiar with getting up in the morning anyway...
Result...tiny little puffy clouds with any shape except rings...lots of laughs and giggles and a very good mood to start the day!
So 1:1...I wasn't able to put 'your puzzle' together eigther...

Jim, do you plan on updating all the DIDs with the new top cap design? The D20 with the dimples will look great on my ProVari.

I have one little suggestion. Instead of naming the button shirt classic/slotted/ribbed etc, you can just name them type A, B, C. It's simpler.

What a difference 0.2Ω resistance makes! I've been making my coils 1.2 - 1.3Ω but I found that, while it hit great at 4.1 volts, it just wasn't hitting the spot when the battery voltage dropped below 3.9 volts. After reducing my wraps of 28awg Kanthal from 5/6 to a 4/5 wrap, the ohms dropped to 1.0 - 1.1Ω and, for me at least, made all the difference in the world. I'm amazed that such a small drop in resistance made such a huge difference in performance.
Throw in a Poldiac w new clothes and I will come and pick up the whole package.
hmm the initial plan was to use the money from the sale to get ME a Poldiac... but I must say that this offer is sounding very tempting too!
