I am new to this and did not do my research before I started this e-cig idea. I have not had a real cig in 4 days and so far so good. I have tried 3 different e-cigs so far and one seems to be pretty good.

I plan on trying another brand also. I like the brands that come with a two parts and you can just buy a refill with a new atomizer that has a cartridge on it. I know there is a lot of brands out there. I don’t really want to do anything crazy or mod stuff, I want to be as easy and quick as possible.
I am doing this to stop smoking and putting all of the harmful crazy stuff in my lungs. Cost is really not to big of a deal, as long as I don’t spend a ton of cash or anything crazy. Just want something that will work good. Any help would be great. Not sure if I can post the name of the stuff I tried on here or not. Thanks

Welcome to the forum! Everyone will tell you what brand they're using and tell you it's the best. So I will too!

I have a Joye Ego I got from Liberty Flights and I love it! Easy to use, long battery life, great warranty. I can get accessories for it anywhere. You can get a Joye Ego for about $35.

How much and how often do you smoke? That will really determine the best pv for you, especially if price isn't a big concern. There are tons of great pvs out there. Some newer models with huge batteries and cartomizers that last a long time.

Thanks for the warm welcome and help.

I have smoked menthol about a pack or little less for about 15 years. So far I have got pure smoke form a local shop and did not care for it a lot, seems cheap not that good of taste and is a three part deal. Next I got N joy form a local shop and it was better but still not what I was really looking for. Now today I got green smoke and so far seems to be the best. The flavor is not right where I would like and sometimes it leaves my throat a little soar but overall not to bad. I was going to try blu cig next? So far I am happy with the results, just really looking for that right one. I like that I can just toss a new filter that is loaded right on there and just go.

I'd still recommend the ego to start. Since you'll be trying out different juices, with the ego you can drip, use atty & carts or cartomizers. You can even purchase tanks for it.

I'd recommend it over the echo because as far as I can tell (and I could be wrong) you can't drip. It's a 3 ml carto so if you fill it with juice you don't like you're sort of stuck. The echo does look great though.

Get some good juice from a good vendor, and a box of boge 2.0 cartomizers and you're in business.

I guess I have alot of reading to try and do. I have no idea what all that stuff is. Almost all of the time I do lots of reserch before trying somthing or buying somthing. But this time I did not do that. not sure why but maybe it was just the fact to really kick the bad habit and stop thinking or saying it. But at this point I am pretty much lost.:)

it looks like the cartomizer is the prefilled ones. already learning. Is there a reason people don't use green smoke, or blu?

Look if they got you here then money well spent. After you have been vaping for awhile you will find the batt life and cost associated with those units just do not cut it. Anyway for now you have something that is working and some time to do research. Any dollar you spend staying off smokes is a dollar well spent. Now that you have thios resource you will be better informed on what to get next. Best of luck

I went to vapor for life website and it looks like they have alot of flavors. The cartomizers are the ones that you just screw on and go right? Can I buy cartomizer from them and put in on what I have now? sorry new to this.

I personally never tried a prefilled cart that I've liked, but that's me. It only takes about a minute or two to fill a cartomizer yourself- it tastes better and lasts longer and it's cheaper.

I wouldn't buy a pv just because of the prefilled carts because you may hate them (or love them, who knows). Not that the V4L isn't a good cig, but that's my own personal opinion on prefilled carts.

I just screw a cartomizer on my ego, so it's basically two piece. You do have the option to use it other ways, that's why I like it. Plus the 8+ hours of battery life.

When your new, you'll be trying out a bunch of juices in different flavors and nicotine levels to see what works best for you. If you buy a two piece, you fill the cartomizer with over a ml of juice. If you hate it, your stuck with it in your cart. If you have something like an ego or similiar model, you can test the juice first by dripping juice on the bridge of your atty or even filling the cartridge with juice. They can be washed out.
