Sounds good darlin' I'd take a glass of that with my steak and tators...........did you say dietOk, so I found another way to "sneak" more vegetables in my diet. I puree them and put them my fruit smoothie.
Recipe:
2 ounces pureed raw carrots
100 grams pureed raw cauliflower
200 grams frozen mango, pineapple, strawberry, peach
1/2 cup 0% fat plain chobani
Water to thin enough to blend
Of course I'm not entirely sure how many servings of vegetables and fruits that is, since no agency is forthcoming on precisely what a "serving" is, but who cares- VEGETABLES!!!
