Ok, so I found another way to "sneak" more vegetables in my diet. I puree them and put them my fruit smoothie.

Recipe:

2 ounces pureed raw carrots
100 grams pureed raw cauliflower
200 grams frozen mango, pineapple, strawberry, peach
1/2 cup 0% fat plain chobani
Water to thin enough to blend

Of course I'm not entirely sure how many servings of vegetables and fruits that is, since no agency is forthcoming on precisely what a "serving" is, but who cares- VEGETABLES!!!
Sounds good darlin' I'd take a glass of that with my steak and tators...........did you say diet:confused: oops sorry:)

Jack LaLaine and his ole lady used to put the whole freakin vegetable garden in their smoothies without a worry. :laugh: why can't you ? Don't worry bout servings, add what ya like :D

Well I don't like any of it, hence the sneaking, lol. That whole 5-7 or whatever you are supposed to get is completely beyond me. I used to see those commercials though, they were horrifying :laugh:

I eat plenty of steak and potatoes, well mostly the steak, in my "diet" my problem is I get no where near the recommended servings of veggies.

Ohhhhhhhhhh ! That's a different story dere :laugh: I thought you was just being careful to measure right. I didn't know you don't like dem veggies :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Yes Sir, thank you for asking.
I had a double epidural about a month ago and I still had pain so the DR recommended a shot in the buttock.
He said I have a muscle spasm in my left gluteus maximus and the injection should help.
