You can try a lower to see if you like it, but being that you can change voltage now, there isn't really a need for low ohm's

Its tough because everyone has a favorite. Try different set ups out to see what yours is.
Low ohm coils were primarily made to get a hotter vape on a fixed voltage device. Being that you are looking at the twist, its not really needed anymore.

Also please get a 5- pack of plain unfilled regular sized Boge cartomizers & a drip tip. Use thes w/o a tank just like the Blu. They are simple & have no leaks no cracking no breaking. Simple setup is important when a newbie. Then you can play around with tanks & clears etc.
I went straight from blu to Kgo. Here's what I learned. The blu disposable is so good cuz it is 24mg nic. The blu kit comes with a MAX of only 18 mg. nic in their prefilled cartomizers YUK. Doesnt give enough oomph for a new quitter.
Kgo batt is 3.7volts. This or Ego Twist will serve you well.
24 mg nicotine will get you satisfied.

You need to have atleast two batteries to start with. Each battery will last you all day, but you'll want to have one you can use while the other is charging. It's cheaper if you can buy everything in a kit, so that's why I've provided you with the only place I know that sells the Twist in a starter kit. You'll need to buy the clearomizers seperately if that's what you want.

I'am a newbie too. I just got an Elite kit $50. At CIGEASY.COM not your mega watt's but is easy fill carto's, vape's good. I smoked a pack aday and this works for me. Nice strong bat's, check out youtube also.

The one I have is simple easy got it at a tobacco shop in town name on box is e-Cigarette comes with 1 chose your color looks like a pen I guess has 1 etc charging end an I charging unit an a few replacing tips then you can buy little boxes of tips low med high nicotine then you can also buy little bottles of flavors the whole kit cost like 45$. But well worth it the packs of replaceable tips are only 5$ for 10.... I've had mine now for a couple months but finally stopped smoking last week. It's been great now I'm just a Vaper. An love it I feel so much better hope that gives you an idea of where to get one

Hey guys I just want to say thanks to everyone who helped me in this thread. I got my ego twists in today started vaping right away. This is so much better than the blus and others I have tried. Evan though the juices I've tried so far aren't going to be favorites. I'm so excited to try new ones and really allow the smoke free chapter of my life to be written.

So thanks a ton to everyone. I couldn't be happier about this transition.

Egos are a good choice in my oppinion. Good way to have a decent lasting battery without being complicated.
