Hello all. Wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. Name is Chris. I've been reading and watching videos about vaping for about a week now. I've been smoking a pack a day (American Spirit) for about 10 years. A few years ago I was able to quit cigarettes for for about a year using a drug my Dr. recommended called Chantix. Needless to say, not exactly sure what or when it happened, I eventually started smoking again.
I was seeing electronic cigarettes in gas stations and decided to learn a little more about them online. I found this forum and also videos on youtube. I was a little overwhelmed with all that is available. I wanted something that looked like a cigarette so I purchased the Volt Pro Starter Kit from Smokeless Image. I received it in the mail yesterday and am happy with it.
I am actually surprised how much vaping resembles smoking. I got the three different sample packs of cartomizers (All 18mg). I like some flavors more than others. Some I hate but others I really like.
Today was my first full day without having a cigarette in years.
The Volt is a great alternative to cigarettes for me. It will be something I take to work and use in the car. This weekend I am going to an e-cig store about a half hour drive from my house to pick up two ego twists and some other stuff. Possibly a mini Vivi Nova or some other Clearomizer and some juices. (Any recommendations ???)
I'm happy I have found this forum for support and fun, and most happy that I don't plan on smoking cigarettes anymore.

] (really though - out here - I get mad props for loving a team that is so well....us..... :sigh: they're always "you see - you guys finally won one. and I'm all "you don't even know. You can't even begin to understand) They're all az cardinals fans here. I insist they are only browns fans in the making, that said - they still can NEVER understand being a browns fan...
