Hi all,

new to the forum, I gave up smoking analogs on Jan 1st of this year and started the road into ecigs with a smoketip kr808 kit, then moved to a bloog maxx fusion 808....thought it would end but went with the riva 510 kit which I enjoyed immensely other than the battery life so I upgraded to the 1000 mah ego t battery which def lasted me awhile......this worked for me for about 2 weeks when the mod bug bit and moved up to a silver bullet (silver vein) with low res attys. Im still using the sb at 3.7, I also purchased the batteries for 6 volt but have not gotten around to using it as I need to get some hi voltage attys.
It has been a fun journey down the road to be smoke free, expensive but fun.

I also started vaping a month later on around Feb 1, but was lucky on my first strike with my PV (after a lot of research here). I got the eGo-T from CIGNOT. This device is so simple and satisfying that I've been able to get 3 friends to join me. Each ordering their own starter kit.

I'm using a "Naked Basic" juice which doesn't seem to clog the Atty. A friend tried cappuccino and it started producing less and less vapor and then sort of stopped. I'm here looking for cleaning tips for her, but thought I'd share that the dark flavor juice clogs these tank style type of PV's very quickly. We won't be using the dark juice anymore because of the hassle.

Back to the simple juice. Mine has been working fine with heavy vaping for about a month. I just switched to my back-up to see if there was a difference yet. There is no noticable difference after a month of heavy use.

So I'll stick with the VG Naked Juice!! I'm so happy, it's so simple, why change. The only thing I do is change the battery each morning and fill a few tanks. Takes all of 3 min. Use a tissue to pull off the "caps" and put them back on, no juice on your fingers.

Lighter colored juices are generally easier on the atomizers. The darker juices are likely to clog an atty faster. Anything that contains sugar will caramelize on the coil and result in frequent cleaning and may actually cause an atty to permanently lose performance.

The tank, OTOH, likes medium thickness juices in the range of 20% to 30% VG, maybe even 50/50 pg/vg as some say. With thinner juices the tank tends to flood at the end of the tank due to suction with a large air bubble drawing more juice in one hit. Thicker juices may slightly starve the atty and tend to clog, although I have had good results with Ecopure English Toffee.

I like the tank and it has become my favorite. I also like the 306 atomizer on an Ego battery with a drip tip. This allows me to change juices as often as I like since the drip tips only allow 2 or 3 drops at a time to be added. I have found that certain juices taste best on certain atomizers, thus the need for multiple types.
