Hi all,
I just wanted to stop in and say hello since I'll be getting my V4L kit tomorrow Pretty excited about it, certainly seems to be an improvement to my current ecig(even though it certainly has helped me stay off analogs.. been over a week since my last cig)
I also unfortunately ordered a greensmoke kit a while back(plan on returning if it EVER gets here), understand that I can't return the cartos, so if there's an adapter to be able to use the green smoke cartos with my V4L(is the V4L a kr808d-1 or d-2?) that'd be awesome news!

Anyways, hi all, stoked to be here, this community seems to be very supportive!

Welcome to the family! I believe we have the d-1 but my V4L is my only kr808 so I can't say for sure. Hope it all works out very well for you! If anything at all is amiss or needs exchanging, make sure you grab their awesome customer support asap. V4L makes everyone happy in the end

I spent too much dough on 'em though! I can't do it! I saw something about an adapter for the eGo, but that kinda defeats the purpose of returning the green smoke kit(well... not reallllly, my desire to return is a combo of way over priced and crummy quality, so I guess ordering one eGo, charger, and an adapter for my apartment is better than keeping the green smoke)... thoughts?

Hey Dave....welcome to the family! Congratulations on seeking out an alternative away from ciggies, if all goes well in a couple of weeks your world as a smoker will have changed dramatically. If I can ever be of assistance by all means let me know I always respond to pm's. We're stoked for you and stoked to have you!

You're gonna have a lot of questions, we like that here...we were all new to vaping too and totally understand. Please let us know how you like your kit and the flavors you received. There are so many things to learn, but most importantly for you will simply be to have fun, experiment, and dial your nic level in. Once you get a good handle for what your nic level is.......it's all good from there.

Welcome Daveh!! Congrats on the week without cigs! It only gets better from here I have the V4L D1 and some D2 cartos that I bought previous to finding the wonderful people here at V4L I have an adapter from LeCig...you want this one: LeCig D1 Battery to D2 Cartomizer Adapter ONLY if your cartos are D2 (and shipping is free, which is AWESOME!!!). I'm not familiar with Greensoke so I have no idea. Now, I must say that I haven't gotten the adapter to work on any of my V4L batts (I have no idea why) but it works perfectly on my passthrough. I highly recommend getting one of those anyway, especially if you're on your computer alot or drive alot. I have two, one for my truck and one for at my computer

Please don't take offense anyone I only suggested another vendor because V4L doesn't carry adapters.

The V4L is a KR808D-1. I've never ordered from Greensmokes so I dont know if they will work. Perhaps you should ask Greensmoke what they are? If they are KR8 they should....I think...anyone else want to chime in with much more wisdom than myself?

If yer cartos wont work with the KR8, great that hairball suggested the classifieds! With help you'll get on the right track! No need to panic!
