Hi all. Embarrassed to say I just ordered my first device. I have been totally nicotine free for close to 10 years, but I still would experience cravings from time to time. With vaping becoming more common, I found myself drawn to it. I've used a pen occasionally for CBD and other related products, and now I figured why not get some of that nicotine back in the blood stream. I don't want a big device or to exhale big clouds. Just a discreet hit here and there to satisfy my cravings. I ordered a JustFog MiniFit with 50/50 6mg.
Not sure if any of you have had the same thoughts as me. Seems like most go from cigarettes straight to vaping. I have 10 years in between. Like I said, kind of embarrassing.

Hi and welcome Cap,
I use 6mg/ml in my squonker with .4Ω single coil and 24 watts.
I mix at 25-30mg/ml (freebase) for my Minifit or the throat hit is too subtle.

Welcome aboard and well done you! Nothing to be ashamed about.

Like others I tried a totally u/s cig alike thing a couple of years before I got my first vaping device, and even then the first one was a gift and within a month of using this one I bought my first "good" device.

My gear and preferences are now rather Old School so I can't help with suggestions, but the folk on here are really helpful and will happily come up with modern suggestions.

No embarrassment in that in my opinion. The main thing is to never smoke those killer sticks again. Most of us here are here because vaping was the only thing that kept us from smoking. It's far healthier so actually a really positive choice

Hello and welcome. I had quit smoking cold turkey for over 6 years and hated the cravings. Stress got the better of me and I started smoking again. It took about a year and a half to fully switch over to vaping and now I am a happy vaper. Last month I celebrated 4 years smoke-free. I'm also happy to hear you have not given in to the cravings.

Thanks folks. I couldn't wait for just fog Minifit to arrive. I went to a local vape shop and picked up a Smok Novo and a few 10ml different bottles of 3mg. Not much of a hit with MTL but found if I started the draw with direct to lung and finished off like a normal ciggy draw it produced a small throat hit and decent cloud. IT actually felt like I was getting what I needed.

Welcome Capslayer. You can increase the sensation of smoking hit by using tank/coils that enhance that as well as juices that do it to. Use both in combo like I like and you are there. What flavours do you like? And do you like a big full draw or not so?

Think I need more nic. Sneaking out of the office for a few hits and not much reward. If I take multiple draws like I would to smoke a whole cigarette, I get enough, but I only want to take 3 or 4 draws at a time. I guess I'll try 6mg, and see how that goes. Very much enjoying this new activity I must say. No smell, and different flavours.
