Agreed 100% :)

I totally agree also. At least that girl's friend can now return to smoking her real cigarettes and not be bothered by something that is absent all that carcinogenic smoke.

I wonder where she bought hers and who's credit card she used. Probably at the mall and paid cash. At least now they will be able to arrest the seller in the future. Let them eat smoke.

I can't help but this this is a good thing. One less bunch of people that can use the "please, think of the poor vaping children" argument.

Spare a thought for us poor canadians, where sales, advertising and imports are banned country wide, for everyone.

:edit: I got a kick out of this quote in the original article

Another student, Mara Zrzavy of Peterborough told legislators that she “can honestly say that teens are influenced by our peers and by advertising, and with the cool electronic format and the strategic placing of ads in malls and the Internet (Facebook), teens will want this exciting new product that comes in candy-like flavors and is marketed by people we aspire to be.”

So she aspires to be some middle aged person hacking up her lungs in the morning from smoking.

I wonder how much underage vaping this bill stopped. Perhaps the only underage vaper in the entire state was the one girl who wanted to stop smoking.

Would it not be a better world if, before proposing legislation to solve a problem, the legislators asked, "Exactly how widespread is this problem?"
