I ordered it from cloud9smoking.com. They are located in New York from what I understand.

I did get it working with the direct dripping technique for a couple of hours last night. Then it quit again. I guess I'll just have to look into getting something else. I'm leaning towards a manual type. I really like the 510! I just want something to work consistantly!

i got my 510 from cignot and it has worked great from the first puff. could be that it was on offbrand product that you recieved. i am new to this too but i have had no issues with my joye 510.

also are your cartridges wicking properly, sometimes the stuff inside the cartridge slides down and doesnt make good enough contact with the ATTy to wick it properly. u can just use a paperclip or tweezers to pull the stuffing up a bit

Jendee,

I been trying to remember where I seen a video that was the basis of what I explained earlier. I finally found that video, and since it's been a while since I seen it; now they have a single page with many videos about taking care of eCigs. This vendor sells a 510 knock-off called a "Titan". It was my first ecig that I purchased about a year ago.

The link is Videos / Totally Wicked eLiquid / electronic cigarette eliquid nicotine fluid products

The video that I wanted you to see is called "Titan E-NI - Tutorial" and it the 5th from the bottom, on the right side. Towards the end he shows the method of filling that I started with and had pretty good success with.

Also, there are probably 30 videos on that single page that have tips and general info. Just look for Titan or 510.

I broke down and bought a Joy 510 from cignot.com. The starter kit I had before was a 501 and not a 510. I was confused, but a member pointed that out to me.

I am extremely happy with my Joy 510! It's worked very well. I don't have to sit and mess with it off and on all day. I would recommend this kit to anyone! It's the no box kit for $35. Also, cignot.com has excellent customer service!

Thanks so much to everyone for your help! I probably would've given up and gone back to analogs if it weren't for ya'll. :)
