Some people are able to totally stop analogs as soon as they start vaping. Some have a hard time stopping particular analogs (morning, after meal, bedtime, or when drinking alcohol). Some have difficulty find a PV and juice that hits the spot for them. But an awful lot of people stop analogs right away because vaping is as pleasant or more.

I smoked for decades 1.5+ PAD and after I started vaping I had one analog while I worked out how my PV worked. And one each time I got caught out with no charged battery. Then bought a crapload of batteries and chargers and PTs and haven't had an analog since.

I would say in most of the threads I have read here after being a long-time lurker, most people after the initial "break-in stage" don't seem to go back to analogs unless their PV breaks or they are out of juice etc. There also might be a pyschological component that posting "vaping didn't work" in a vaper's forum might illicit some kind of backlash, but I haven't really seen much of that here.

Man I wish I had friends like you :)
I only heard about ecig a week ago because of "the tourist" movie. Since then I read a zillion web page, bought a small starter kit at a local shop and it has already broke on me.
If it helps, I smoke a pack of pall Mall blue a day and a regular cigarette like e-cig (dse 108) battery only lasts 2 hours and takes the same amount of time to charge (when it does:)). So not good for me. I am now reading and encline to get an ego starter kit, as the batteries last a lot longer and the starter kit has 2 batteries.
Also it seems like a lot of people like them.
Only my 2 canadian cents but I hope it helps a bit.
