Thanks, it def took some time to find my sweet spot. I started with 24mg nic and my throat hit was unbearable. I was getting really sick. I also had to lower my VG too. But alas, I am a happy vaper now!

Lowering your VG is odd to me as VG is naturally sweet, and actually weakens throat hits. Higher amount of PG with a higher amount of nicotine content is what gives you your throat hits.

I actually run Max VG% but I'm a dripper too. Sounds like you should stick to standard mixes though 70/30 probably around 18mg nicotine. That is my mix for carto's.

VG makes my hubby's tummy sick. Maybe that is what she meant.
