True, but the chances of venting an 18650 with a 50w regulated mod is slim to none. Still, "I" would not cover the vent......I like my face too much.

The original video has lots of swearing but his buddy's speculation about it video (this one) is swear-free
You could always paint your buttons and sharpie the logo. Then buy the black orings and glass. Voila!

Great vid, thanks Mowgli. A must watch. I've been a "bin A" battery buyer ever since I found out that my purple efest 3100mah 20a batts were only capable of 6.8a. Lost confidence in efest altogether way back then. I've had good experiences with Sony VTC4s and Samsung 25R's ever since and haven't looked back.
Yes, I used post it tape and followed the curves and did it freehand.
A semi hard silicon, if that makes sense. It doesn't catch in your pocket but it doesn't slip out of you hand.

I just returned my istick 50w and ordered a Subox Mini kit instead. I can't wait to get it.
Good choice. My friends only two mods are the 50 and the subox and he said he wishes he had bought two subox kits.
The battery life on the iStick was great but I had a problem with the trigger out of the box. Then throw a little buyers remorse in there after seeing the subox mini. Drool.
