I use both and love em pretty equally. I am a low watt vaper too, usually not above 20 watts. I'd love to crank it up but am NEVER successful at it for some reason. I've tried duplicating others builds but once I pass 20 watts it all goes down hill. I assume it has to do with my juice at tjis point. I vape all similar juice profiles. Fruity, candy-ish flavors. All darn near clear juices too. Went from 24/18mg to 9mg since the subtank minis and my joyetech egrips... I used carto tanks til I sprung for nautilus style tanks- they were awesome but then the subtank line blew those outta the water... and I lowered my NIC level a lot. I went with 6mg with the order I placed yesterday so we will see... I figure since I'm off with my kids for the summer I'll have my vape in hand more than when I am working, lower NIC will make it so I can chain vape without worrying... (tmi? sorry for getting off subject there)

Almost the same story for me, except it's been Kanger from the start. First the Evod, T2, T3, T3D, Aero, now Subtank. Started at 24mg, then 18mg. With the Subtank I switched to lung hits and 6mg, because I kept falling down.

Got mine in today. Really disappointed, the tank had rust on the inner top cap, after two passes on the ultrasonic and a few attempts of rubbing it with qtips, the cotton stays white, doesn't come out, so definitely looks like embedded rust...

Yeah that doesn't look good. Could be the material but certainly looks like something went wrong.

I'll give it a shot. I vape high VG and on the cloudy side but not what I would call a cloud chaser. I like a nice well cooled cloud with a decent flavor.

Most of my juices are 70VG and I never have a problem. 80VG seems to be the limit, due to the small juice channels and the wick keeping up. I'm not chasing clouds, but I like to see them and like you, I like a cool vape with good flavor. I'm going to check out the new RBA and see if it will keep up with MaxVG. BTW, I see that Sweet Vapes has the new "RBA Plus" (included with the Subox) in their "Coming Soon" section. Not sure what "soon" is, but if it pans out I may pick up a couple for my Subtank Minis. Still not sure about this Subox tank yet.

That is so wrong! I hope you can return it easily.
Stainless is an alloy and most grades do rust.

I Zoomed way in on your Photo.

It almost looks like there is a Washer or Something Foreign in there. Very Strange.

Oh yea, I started with the CE4's moved quickly to T3 series, T3S, T3D, Protanks and so on... loved the carto tanks a lot I must say however now it would be difficult to draw on considering the airflow difference with today's choice. I worried after I ordered my subtank cuz everyone said if you prefer mouth to lung this tank isn't for you. I hadn't realized til then but that was me... After a day of using the subtank mini it seemed like a smooth transition to direct lung draws! I love that I can learn to coil when I want and pop a ready made coil in when I am not in the mood to tinker... Perfect for me... [emoji1]

I ordered a black subox kit from myvapor store today, got shipping info shortly after... sure hope I don't get a dud and kick myself for jumping on the band wagon

I've never been disappointed by MVS. Competitive prices and the best customer service. I ended up with a bad AFC and RBA on two different Subtank Minis after using them for a couple weeks. Sent them an email each time and received a replacement part, free shipping, no questions asked. As I've told them before, they aren't just MyVaporStore, they are My Vapor Store.

I've used em before too, great service! I don't think they'd do me wrong but I worry when purchasing the first round of anything vape related cuz there are always kinks to be worked out, ya know? I must say, in the 2 & 1/2 years I've been buying vape gear I've been pretty lucky. I don't know if I have gotten any better about how I feel when I get something and have to do the whole return and wait longer bit! Lol

Subox RBA Plus Test Drive

Coil: Pre-installed coil, 26G, 5 wraps spaced, 0.5 ohms.
Wicked: Followed included directions.
Juice: Cereal Killa, 90VG, 4mg.
Power: Started at 15W, then 20W, then 25W.
Results: Incredible. Huge clouds, awesome flavor. No spitting, no dry hits.

The only negative is the vapor is a little too warm for me. At 25W, I now know why it has a delrin drip tip.

I attached a picture of it, makes me think it's either crappy stainless or I don't know, what does it look like to you? Doesn't come off no matter what.

Also, there's loads of chipped pain at the outter base near the afc ring, so definitely a dud that passed QA

Not surprised. I would totally expect them to use cheaper grade metal because they were coating it and figured it would save a buck.

I read somewhere that the painted metal is a zinc alloy. It's very light.

yes zinc diecast (alloy) would be lighter than stainless steel. going by the picture posted of the rust inside the top cap is odd. zinc has white rust as opposed to ferrous metal(steel) having brown rust. stainless steel means just that. it stains less. less than regular steel. lower grades of stainless steel will rust over time if left in moist conditions. lower grades of SS will be magnetic and high grades will be non-magnetic. it also looks to me like there is some type of washer inside the top cap going by the photo posted. i have 38 years in the metal finishing industry and i`m baffled by the photo of the rust. when i take parts into my shop i have to know what the base metal is to determine how to process it. a magnet will tell you if it is steel or possibly cheap stainless. non magnetic can be brass, copper, aluminum or zinc or various other metals. if a part is not magnetic i would scratch through the paint or plating in a hidden area to see the base metal to determine what it is. i have a subox kit getting here thursday but don`t feel like going through the paint to see what the base metal is. if this painted tank is not made of SS its not a good thing for us or kanger.

What is going on at "12 O'clock" and at "1 O'clock"? It looks like there is Metal Missing of something?
