Happy New Year to All!
Ok been using 1100mah clone off the e place and have been using disposable Ce 4 clearomizers. Tired of wasting money with leaking/burning clearos.
I found that the Aspire Mini might be good one for me to get.I have no idea what battery to use with it either...Frustrated beyond!!! Argh :(
Not looking for a mod just simple is the only way for me to go and of course, the lowest price is a huge factor
Realize I may be way off base thinking this is the best easy set up for me~but I need to get it straight as I cannot go back analogs or I won't be long on the planet. Had older/only sis die in front of me massive h.attack. Simple chest xray shows I have hardening of the arteries as she did...Walking on borrowed time now.
I truly need help in doing this and I thank you so very much for lending a helping hand.

I would recommend an MVP2 or an iStick. I have not used the iStick but it gets great reviews. I used the MVP2 and Nautilus Mini for 2 months (before I stepped up to rebuildables) and I loved it. Very easy to use, very reliable, good battery life, and the variable wattage is really easy to use and helps you dial in the flavor how you like it.

I like my nautilus mini better than its bigger brother.

You'll need a variable voltage/variable wattage power source. The enormous value these have is that they deliver consistent power so a consistent vape. I'd suggest a MVP2.

If you don't like the price then get something like an itaste clk1280 - half the battery for half the price. Only trouble is - two months down the line you'll want a MVP2 (or similar) anyway :)

The istick is a great little mod but it runs hot. If you are older in years and just starting out I would suggest the mvp. It has vv/vw and will let you set the power lower if that's where you end up liking things. It also has the ability to check the ohms of the coil you are using and a lot of the coils that are said to be 1.8 or 2.4 are nowhere near that. Another good battery starting out is itaste v3.

I agree, 1100mah ego will work, but variable wattage would probably be more satisfying with the nautilus.
Eleaf (makers of the istick) and innokin (maker of the mvp) just announced new products today do to come out end of January most likely. This will cause mvp2 to drop in price I imagine.
Ego batteries with protank2 and evod tanks is what got me to quit smoking. The mvp and nautilus would be much more enjoyable though...
I'd say get a pro tank 2 ($20) or an evod (>$10) and see how that works for you. If you don't like them go nautilus with APV (advanced personal vaporizer) like istick or mvp20w ... Mvp2 only puts out 11w, and nautilus seems to preform well above that.
I hope that helps!

I would recommend the Istick. You are future proofing your vaping style if you decide to branch off with rebuildables etc. in the future. With 20 watt capacity of the Istick you are in a better position to do so than the MVP2.

They've put out an mvp20w... If someone prefers the mvp over the istick. I haven't spent anytime with the istick, so I don't know much about it other than what the spec sheet says.

People are right, a variable wattage box mod would be the best quality. But if you want something that works, and is cheap? Just get an Ego Twist or Vision Spinner style battery. That is the best VALUE buy to go with your Nautilus Mini.

Search for 1300mah Spinner on Ebay and you'll find a ton, just get one that's about 12 dollars or so. They have enough power. If you feel like you need a backup battery for when it is charging, get two.

You DONT need an iStick or an MVP or a DNA30 or anything like that.

Thanks Hectic! I just bought the MVP20W. But, couldn't get an answer about whether the Nautulis would take the new BVC coils. Think I will just go with the Mini since I know it uses the BVCs.

Nautilus full size and Nautilus mini coils are interchangeable. They do not, however, take the smaller BVC's intended for their smaller clearomizer line. The proper coils will be labeled "Nautilus".

I've read people on here use the bvc coils in the full size nautilus.

...edit... As previous poster said :)
