New member stats....FYI

OK, I just found something that might be interesting to old and new alike....the monthly stats for new member registrations. I went all the way back to 1/08 and here are the results:

6/08- 9

7/08- 174

8/08- 246

9/08- 251

10/08- 423

11/08- 454

12/08- 486

1/09- 643

2/09- 1002

3/09- 2032

4/09- 2322

5/09- 1522 (to date)

Now considering we still have another week left to this month, we can probably figure on at least matching last month. Amazing, isn't it?

So now you can imagine when the older members say "it isn't like it used to be", what they mean. And at this pace, it never will be again.

But this is how popular forums go...and grow. So I say "Long live ECF!" It's helped thousands of people learn about the ecig and gives us all a common ground

Wonder if SmokeyJoe could have ever imagined anything like this when he started it all.

Oh, and it seems like we have as many supporting suppliers join every month as we do regular members. Up to 79 now. When I joined I think there were maybe 15 at the most.

BTW....I thought some members joined before 6/08 but I put the control dates from both 12/1/07 and 1/1/08 to present and it didn't show any stats until 6/08. Maybe the stats program wasn't in place before then?

Hmmm...so there were apparently a bunch before 6/08 so that must mean that the stats tracker wasn't set up before then. Only thing I can think of.

Yeah ... I wish I could remember how many members there were before I joined. But, at that time .... the community was very VERY small
