I have just found this e-cigarette movement by chance last week, I was intrigued by it. Not one to go slowly into it I bought my first ones from njoy (cigarette, cigar), on eBay (Mini royals?) and just received yesterday crown7 (e-cigarette and pipe).
My first impressions of using the e-cigarette was mixed. I still had two packs of my regular Marlboro Lights and kept going back to them. As the day went by I enjoyed the e-cigarettes more than the regular, but still I went back to them for some reason. It wasn't till Monday that I finished the Marlboro and am smoking e-cigarettes entirely without a hint of going back.
njoy is my favorite, they have very good flavor (regular, apple & strawberry) with a good amount of vapor without trying hard to get it. Their cigar is ok but won't be using it since I like their cigarette much better The mini's follow but to me they need a bit of finesse to get good vapor going and they seem loud when inhaling (sucking sound) The refill cartridges are very cheap so I ordered regular and menthol from them, this could be the deciding factor due to price for refills. I'm a bit disappointed with the crown7 due to the great reviews it got, the pipe is not bad and produces a lot of vapor but I guess it's the medium cartridges it came with that's not giving me the hit of nicotine I need.
Being new, I really don't understand the different ways to enjoy the e-cigarette. I've heard a lot of people "dripping" but the explanation on how to do it is confusing, someone help! Also, please tell me on how to care for them, cleaning, replacement parts...This for me is a dream come true, enjoying nicotine without the smoke and harmful effects. I had lunch with my best friend on Saturday and he was amazed by it. He is going to read about it and may recommend them to his patients who found other alternatives to quit unsuccessful.
I'll be traveling to Europe in a few weeks and I will make sure to pack these with my check in, I don't want to chance that they will confiscate them at check-in. I will have to rely on the gum for the long ride. Thanks, PhilC
