My fiance and I decided 2 months ago to cut out all forms of toxicity that we were inducing in our bodies and the two main things we were going to tackle was our nutrition and cigarettes. We both smoked most of our lives both socially and privately and concluded that this habbit was going to be more difficult to kick vs nutrition. We decided to take the plunge towards fixing our nutrition first and the cigarettes would follow.
Our nutrition goal worked out exceptionally! We have substituted all processed foods that included refined sugars, salts, high fructose corn syup, and anything we can't pronounce and have lost 15lbs just being gluten free and organic. We were so shocked that the food tasted so great that my finace created a blog listing the recipes we've been stirring up in our kitchen. Feel free to check it out here: http://realfoodfix.blogspot.com
Being said, elimination of the daunting cancer sticks immediately followed. My fiance purchased 1 disposable njoy ecig at our local 7-11 and I must say that she has a better grip on quiting completely without substitution more so than I do, and I admire her for that. She went completely cold turkey and has been smoke free for 10 days! I ended up finishing that 1 njoy she purchased. As for me, I found it more challenging and needed a substitute that would simulate a cigarette throat hit and satisfy my nicotine cravings. So I scoured the web in search for the perfect ecig with my preference. Lucky for me being from Los Angeles there has been multiple Vape shops that have sprouted in the past year and has become easily accessible for me to try different setups and flavors. And with the help of some good friends I've decided to go with the Titan Mod and topped it off with the Nimbus rda:
I'm happy to say that I've been smoke free for 5 days! There is no turning back to analogs at this point. Cheers
to a cancer free lifestyle!
