I just got my order with a new manual pass-thru..the one with the better wiring and well..nothing. It's totally dead. Has there been any problems with these?

Also I ordered some Premium blank/empty cartomizers. In the other premium cart I tried the filler placed a lot closer to the mouthpiece and had a rubber cap. These have a rubber cap but the filler is down farther like the older carts.. help identifying please?

EDIT: I may be wrong about the carts..just opened a second one and it looks like the filler is closer,.

I don't know how much you've read, but there have been some issues with Premium cartos on some of the passthroughs. It seems that there is not enough power from some sources to get the premium cartos up and running. A lot of folks have found that they have issues on a premium carto when connecting the usb end of the passthrough to a computer or ps3 or similar. The problem appears to go away for a lot of people if they are able to plug into a powered usb hub or a usb-to-wall-outlet adapter. You might give that a try if possible. If nothing else, it might help you determine where the problem lies. Also, you can try a non-Premium carto to see if the pt will work on a non-premium.

Just a couple of thoughts.
