Yeh, that's what we all say! LOL

LMAO I hope not. This is getting expensive! It appears PS is out of them atm. Ran out about an hour ago it looks like.

I do have the DES 901, and it did occur to me after smoking it in public that it is a bit loud? The pilot is supposed to have fixed this somewhat, so that's what I am hoping for.

I grabbed a pilot last night from PS with a bunch of accessories. The evo I bought last week is still to arrive and all this with 25 carts from epuffer and 4 batteries still in the drawer. Add to that the PG from Ebay and the new order for PG and VG liquids from JC I grabbed last night and it all comes down to two undeniable truths:

1 - I'm addicted to buying this sh.it
2 - My wife is gonna cut my balls off when this all starts coming to the door in one giant nonstop postal train. I am soooo dead.

:pLMAO! I know what you are talking about. Since a while I try to stay with my PS Pen style, but nevertheless, it adds up fast. A handful of atomizers every few weeks (at least one bites the dust every week and you better have a lot of spares), some batteries, couple 30 mg bottles cash juice, cores, VG, USB passthrough, USB charger, replacing dead chargers etc.

yikes, i hate to say this, but the picture on the site is quite accurate. the brass ring in the middle is not the atomizer itself, but the connectors of the atomizer and battery. that ring is still gonna be there.....if the atomizer itself was not black though, the ring would be like 1/2 inch to an inch wide, not that 1/8 to 1/16 inch or so that you see in the picture. great unit though, and i hope you are still happy with it
ps. you can look at the pic of the steel one...the brass colored part is the full atomizer size to see what i am talking about

Oh no that's fine, I didn't think it would be entirely black. A small brass ring is fine (though I admit I think it would look much sleeker as silver). I guess I was thrown off by the comment on the page that the pic is of an standard M401 set and that the hybrid pic would be up in a few days (that comment, in red, is still there as of right now, btw), but I get it now that it just means the batteries are the same length in that pic, not the two different lengths in the hybrid kit.

In any case, I'm still very eager to try it out!

Probably not as much urgency to picture them when they already sold out...

Hahaha! There's a whole bunch of guys around here in the same boat. Maybe you guys could form a society....Royal Order of Ball-less Vapers? Or something of that nature?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

(Sorry, couldn't help myself!) :p

Hey Guys ....

Our first load went ubber quick ... We still have more however ... ;) We almost never release all stock into our online inventory ... It allows us to spread things out and gives everyone the chance to get one, instead a few ordering them all up :) (...and trust me... this happens all too often ... especially in the juice department)

More will be listed within the next day or two!

Hello all,

I just received my Pilot yesterday, and finally got to try it out after the 12 hours of painful charging! Anyway, first impression was WOW this little thing freaking produces some major vapor and throat hit and I was very impressed. Definitely kicks the 901s but in this department. BUT after 30 minutes it stopped working, so I tried switching out the extra atomizer I bought with it, but still nothing. Then when the second battery (the smaller one) had 12 hours on the charger, I tried it out, and again everything was GREAT, but then after ten minutes of bliss it died too! I waited another 5 minutes and puffed on it and some vapor came out, but after that nada nothing!

Has anyone had this problem and is there something I can do? I am very sad now!

Thanks for your help in advance!

The New Pilot Hybrid Kits will come with one M401 battery and one smaller M402 battery along with: one brass or black atomizer, usa plug with usb charger, and 5 premium filled cartridges. With the new charger you can use either the wall charger or the usb charger to charge your ecig!

Hmm. I ordered a Pilot Hybrid kit the day after you posted this (looks great btw -- currently on the initial charge), but the charger that was included definitely has nothing to do with USB; it's just a straight up wall charger.

hey vape I did have this to happen to me a couple times. What I found out was the juice was getting into the battery switch (I like to drip). I dripped one or two drops of water into the battery connector and then let it drain out (dried with towel). Battery back to working perfect. Again I have had this happen probably 3 times in about 2 weeks, but every time I clean out the battery with just a small drip of water and back to working perfect. I'm sure it is me dripping a little too much liquid onto the atomizer. I would get Steve's opinion b4 doing this (although I didn't - sorry Steve). It sounds exactly like the problem I was having.

Hey Steve - any chance of being able to order just a short battery for the pilot? I noticed a couple people are asking for 2 long ones. Also would like to get my hands on a usb charger when they come in. Thanks!
