I saw this plugin running on other various forums. It merges double-posts. This keeps the forums looking a lot tidier and keeps post counts true, for all the people that care about post counts. If the previous post is by the same person, and they try to post again, it auto-merges it, with the edit reason as "Auto Merged Doublepost."

Also, vB needs to be updated ASAP! It's running 2.8.1, the latest is vBulletin 3.8.4 patch level 1. This fixes a lot of bugs and, more importantly, a lot of security exploits.
