I have had my penstyle from day one as a vaper. I still love it and wouldn't trade it for anything! Ok maybe the new product that is coming out.....
I mean why wouldn't you want to work for a great guy like Steve? I might have to bring the Johnny Cash picture back so people know who I am.If you have any questions regarding your defective products please email me. Steve has had alot of work going on with Pure Smoker lately with the new inventory and changing wharehouse locations so it might have gotten overlooked but I would be happy to look into it for you. I'm sure the Customer service will be better than ever with new support.

I was writing back to your question yesterday and then Bang ECF went down. Steve and Joanna are looking into a new wharehouse outside of CA but unsure of the new location or when this transistion will take place. I'm sure everyone on here will be the first to know. I do know that shipping times will be even faster throughout the U.S. with the new facility and new support.

We have done all our research and found that people didn't like the M401 due to the cutoff being 5 seconds and a 30 seconds shut down time. So we Made it happen: They have been reprogrammed with a 7 second cutoff and only a 10 second interval/waiting time
if you reach that cutoff. Also, there is NO cleaning cycle!!!
I have tried this device and would say this beats all my other penstyles and Mini's out of the water. Great Vapor and great Battery life.

FYI, went to the site today and ordered some more stuff. It seems to be updated now but when you go to the Cash juice, under chocolate, it says "In Stock" but you cannot select anything in the drop-menu.
Is this a glitch or is it really out of stock? I've seen this before in other areas of the site.

When there are no drop down menus It means that the Product is out of stock even if it says we have it in Stock.
We should have the Chocolate Eliquid back in by next week with the following shipment.
The only metal cases that we have in is for the New Pilot. Sorry. They have been on back order for quite some time.
I have an ecigar and have been puffing on it for about three weeks, and Im itching to buy a few spare atomizers for it before Im without. Do you know if there will be some in the new shipment. Congfrats on the new job, and Im glad Steve is doing so well that he needs help!!!
