You are reciveing this e-mail because you have Pre-Ordered and Eclipse eq Personal Vaporizer from Digitalciggz.com and we have some information that you should be aware of that has come to pass recently here at Digitalciggz.com.
First we want you to know that nothing has changed about your order, or the Eclipse release date or any other part of you getting your Eclipse eq. This e-mail is to inform you all of a change that will take place regrading the Eclipse eq that has nothing to do with the design, electronics, how it works, what it looks like, or anything like that.
However just this last Sunday Digitalciggz.com was served with a lawsuit from Reynolds Innovations Inc. also known as RII the makers of Camel Cigarettes, Winston, other major brand of cigarettes, and interesting enough The Eclipse cigarettes (which you can read about here)
According to RII we are in violation of the Trademarked and Copyrighted "Eclipse" name becuase our font is similar to the font that they use for the "Eclipse" Cigarette and type face. (NOT THE TECHNOLOGY)
Soooooooo.. We are informing you all that over the next few days you will see the Eclipse eq name changed to a temporary name of "EQ" until we decide upon and appropriate name for this awesome
device!
Let us be clear the Device will no longer be called the Eclipse eq.. but rather the "EQ" until further notice.
You will see instances of the Eclipse eq on various video sites edited/removed as well and all other places that are within our power to remove the word Eclipse from the Title of this device.
