Hi Im new and like a few people out there I jumped on the greensmoke bandwagon before I came to this forum. I hear it isnt terrible but there are better options. I should recieve it in a day or so.

So what im thinking is Ill try it out and then if I enjoy it I will send it back for the guarantee and order a Kr808D-1. I like the idea of cartomizers.

Im wondering if anyone knows a place that has a really awesome start up kit for it? like that includes manuals, cartomizers, batteries, and maybe even a PT.

Does this sound like a good plan? any more suggestions?

I was a previous Greensmoker.. I use Vapor4Life which is a KR808d-1, they have a sweet setup kit with everything you asked for, two batteries, a case, cartomizers, a pcc and a passthrough. So far I am really happy.

Tons of options and once you start the whole modding thing comes into play search around a bit and try out the initial kit seeing as how you ordered it already. I returned a similar one my first time out and browsed through here gaining more options and knowledge. I like my 510 kit and the eGO batteries but now I'm eying a couple of 5v mods and a juice box so it's become a whole new hobby/ habit

I understand a lot of this process is all about personal preference. I just see myself wanting simplicity and cartomizers seem to be more simple to me. You can drop into them and refill them. Does any one know if there's a price difference between the 3-piece vs 2-piece? like is having a few atomizers compared to a handful of cartomizers better or worse? Any opinions and personal experience is great. Especially if you are very familiar with the Kr808D-1 model.

Ugh... my stupid greensmokes arent here today like I was hoping... I think Im smoking more analogs than normal lately with all this anticipation... I just want them to get here so I can smoke the cartomizers it came with and send it back for a refund and buy the Kr8. I smoke Newports btw. Ive been trying to find good posts about menthol flavors or even minty flavors. if anyone has good suggestions let me know! Analog menthols that I like are Newports, Kools, Malboro Menthols, and way back in the day I kinda liked the Camel Frosts. I know that I will not find the exact flavor and it doesnt really matter to me but I want something to get me going.

U can use 510 with cartos too.

I started with 808 but actually quit smoking when got my 510 and LR cartomizers.

IMO, 510 LR cartos generate much more vapor and give you better flavor.

ok Im assuming cartos is short for cartomizers... Im still getting a grasp of all the lingo. I thought I saw a ad for a 2piece 510 and got all confused. What is LR???? lol I get more confused the more I learn...

LR means low resistance. They run hotter than a standard atomizer and feel like vaping at higher voltages.

Yes carto is short for cartomizers, the 2 piece kit has a catomizer with a built in atomizer, verus the 3 piece that has cartridge atomizer and battery. With the cartomizers you get a new fresh atomizer built in each cartomizer. Cost is alittle more but well worth it, not having to drip and fill cartridges so much.

Ok so it came today but since I had class until 20 minutes ago I am just now charging it. Havent had that first puff yet. I was really hoping my bf wasnt gonna be home... but he is with two of his friends... He thinks Im really stupid for doing this and won't let me forget it. one of his friends was like what is that sticking out of your computer? I told him and I just got a glare from my bf. He's like she's smoking water vapor which is bad for her cus she thinks she's gonna stop smoking. He puts me down so much. and yes people I am in a bad relationship but Im stuck and not getting into it. I donno.. I guess right now you are the only people that can listen to me. I dont really have any friends. Im clinically depressed and self medicate with cigs and other things. blah... ok whatever Ill let you know when I screw in my 8mg menthol cartomizer for my greensmoke...

btw it is ok if I usethe product before sending it back right? ugh... he makes me feel like a dumb person...

Well I took that first puff and I was happy with how it felt my bf and his friends took a puff off of it. the friends were pleasantly suprised by it but of course my bf just kept saying how dumb I am. At least his buddies were here to say some positive things, otherwise it could have been ugly. I told him to leave me alone and he told me to leave... sigh anyways... good first experience with the unit...bad experience with my awesome bf...

well im waiting for my e cig to charge and Im having an analog. bf just really pushed my buttons and made me just want one and couldnt wait. bleh. oh and Im pretty positive that they gave me regular carts instead of menthol. but its not a big deal right now. cant wait to start juicin and blah ya you get it...

Man greensmokes sucks haha. Just not as good as I know it can be. Dont really wanna puff on em. I need to order my kr8 right now! btw my bf has come around a little more once he realized he was really upsetting me (always takes him way too long...) he actually likes the idea of waking up in the middle of the night and just taking a puff or two off of it. who knows maybe he's slowly converting? He finally let me explain some of my knowledge to him on these and didnt just revert to your dumb they're bad bla bla. So maybe he's finally losing his stubborness on this issue.
