Thanks again. Just did another rebuild. Yesterdays was .92 ish, and was a little to warm, but I was getting use to it. Since today was just a lazy day I decided to rebuild again. Threw on an extra wrap and it came to 1.05. Not much higher, but makes a difference, warm without being to hot even with a fresh bat. Think this will be my single coild build for the rm2, 29 gauge and 7/6 wrap on a 1/16th drill bit.

I've settled on 7 wraps of 29 gauge wire, too. Yesterday, for fun, I built a spaced coil (5 wraps on a 4-40 machine screw) just to see if it would stay un-crudded up a little longer.

Congrats, and Welcome! I too was settled in my ways, and stocked up on the things that worked for me. Since recently coming to the REO side of things, they have been rapidly taking over my rotation. Very nice looking REO you picked up BTW!
