New Riva battery problem

Just got me kit today. One battery seems to be doing good, but the other one is not so good.
I push the button down and it lights up and i can get a draw. Than the next time, the light will go off a second after it went on and no draw. It seems to be fully charged. I checked the charger. I tried different atomizers and a cartomizer, all the same result. Even though its only an hour of use, I tried giving it a quick wipe down just to make sure.

Is there anything I can try before I email support. I'm leaving Monday Night for a week. This was a replacement for my ego as one of the batteries finally died. I figured it would be cheaper to grab a kit and have a spare. Still have my USB ego and spare ego battery, so 3 will make a trip and returns can wait til next week if need be. I just don't want to do a return for something that may not be broken.

Sometimes, the center post on your battery gets pushed back and doesn't make full contact with the atty/carto/charger. You may try to raise the center post gently and see if it helps.

Other than that, it's better to just send it back. It's a brand new battery and should be working properly.

I think I'm going to send it back. I don't want to break it, I see the post and can put a paper clip along the side, but I noticed it seemed all too easy to move, so that would mean the atomizers or charger would end up pushing the post back in each eventually breaking it. Thanks for the info. I will keep that handy for future.
