Thanks for the video pull apart and re-wicking of the Saphire. Saw that it was so easy I went out and resurrected one immediately. Works like a charm and no leakies.

just got them: horrible taste, not wicking.....tried 2...getting sick in my stomach from this.....
i cleaned the one that was hard to draw from pulled it apart as gently as I could, still ended up with the middle metal piece still stuck in the tube. got it carefully back on the wick, washed out the lower coil, dry burned it, put it back together and now its crappy 
have to keep blowing repeatedly to not burn my throat from dry hits.

bad, any thoughts on this? I was thinking maybe I need to try to push the wick further down?
