So Jason, I am heading west tomorrow night. I usually travel light PV wise (mostly because I worry about losing luggage or the TSA getting frisky) and take eGo batts and my rebuildable atomizers & eliquids. However, leaving my mods behind, which sucks. I just don't like the idea of losing my Zenesis or GGs... Maybe bring a ProVari and a Line...

Anyways, plan on getting up your way from Oceanside either this weekend or next. I am curious as to what sort of mods you carry and what brands of eliquid??? I am need of some IMR batts if you have any in 14500...

Oh most definitely my Friend, I have the next four days off and the most I am going to do is some light cardio to get my heart rate up and burn a few calories since I am pretty much stuck here for four days while the base does some stuff around here. So I am restricted to push ups, crunches stretching and running for the next few days. Today is Day Off Day though, I am getting ready to crawl back into bed and rest for today, my calves are cramping something fierce from the calf raises we did on Monday and yesterday, plus the more rest I get the faster I can defeat this cold from hell.

Wow, what a restful day today was , Only Problem was.... I WILL NEVER USE MAJOR NASAL SPRAY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I did spend the past three hours in the fetal position with a searing sinus migraine because of that stuff. I was laying on the bathroom floor throwing up into the toilet while running cold water over a washcloth to help ease the pain. Glad that mess is over with. Whew what a nightmare, but I do feel better now

LOL well it didn't kill me, but it sure did feel like I was gonna die, that migraine was the worst I have had in decades.

Thankfully I am feeling better now, now time to relax enough to go to sleep, it is already a quarter to midnight and I have been going all day long since 6 this morning, Ughh need sleep but can't stop brain from traveling at warp speed

Good morning my Friend;

I did sleep pretty good last night once I finally fell asleep, I was woke up at about 2 am by someone cheering very very loudly, nearly jumped clean outta my bed because it sounded like a wild animal being strangled to death LOL. Feeling better today though, hopefully that trend will continue all through the weekend and I will be back to 100% by Monday Really tired of being stuffed up at this point, certainly not conducive to having a good day to be sure.

So today feeling better, going to try and get to the gym and get some exercise in later on after I get some laundry done and such.

Thank you my Friend, still stuffed up but at least I am not feeling completely drained like I have been for a week, I actually accomplished a few things today because I had a little more energy to work with. Now I am just eagerly awaiting these storms we are expecting this afternoon/evening. I have a great vantage point for them out my room window

Thank you very much my Friend, it took hours to find just the right death star and tie fighter to add to it, Now he has everything a Great Sith Lord needs A Big House, a Fast Ride and a classy PV to vape on LOL
I honestly think I am gonna be better by Monday, maybe even Sunday, I am feeling stronger and stronger every passing day Here I was expecting doom and gloom with these thunderstorms and they were weak, only heard the thunder like 5 times and it was gone. What a disappointment LOL

Nate, have you ever tried the Neti Pot? It has worked very well for me when I am consistent with it until the sinus infection is gone for at least 4 days. I prefer putting natural healing meds like herbs and salts into my body b/c I'm so afraid of the side effects of the OTC stuff. Sounds like you had some extremely nasty side effects with the nasal spray. So sorry - hope your body gets over the trauma quickly. The Neti Pot uses natural sea salt and pure water which is very healing.

I'm posting a very short vid in case you've never tried it. Hope you feel better very soon.
