Good afternoon all, day 2 of three of the fashion show complete and we just Commissioned the Navy's newest Ensign Then we said goodbye to a great Shipmate at Slater's 50/50 Man I tell ya them burgers are HUGE! I ate half of mine and brought the rest home

LOL Tired and sore Brother, very tired and very sore. We have been really ramping up the exercise this week and from here on out and it is kicking my old .... LOL Yeah the not fun part is all the meticulous detail that has to go into the dress uniforms, they are a pain in the rear to get set up just perfect. And REALLY expensive when you have been in as long as I have. One patch alone is 18 plus dollars not to mention my awards and ribbons and medals and such. My Dress Uniform costs a hair over 200 bucks just for one set. Needless to say I take very good care of it LMAO

Good evening all
Oiy The week from hell is finally over What took us three days to build up took us only 45 minutes to tear down We now have a new Commanding Officer and are already missing our old CO. On a Happy Note though I did get to see my Old Operations Officer today that I have not seen in about ten years. He was a Lieutenant Commander last time I saw him and now he is a Captain and in charge of the Weather Center on North Island I got invited to come and discuss my learnings and duties over here at my Command as he does not know a whole lot about what exactly I do here since it is a fairly new concept for us I gotta say I need to finish this 64 OZ glass of water and quickly refill it because I am currently severely dehydrated from the heat today.

Oh yeah and tax time tomorrow hopefully LOL Gotta do a walk in so I can get them done since our schedule is so hectic I can rarely make an appointment without having to adjust it three times after I make it so walk ins are easier for me.
