Actually I have Sworn off Beans of any kind as well as grains, most dairy except for clarified butter and any Meat that is not Naturally and humanely Raised with Zero Injections or Genetic modifications of any kind. I have started on the "Paleo Lifestyle" Back to basics with everything. I have gone from about 215 to 199 pounds now in the past month and a half, gained superb levels of calmness and tranquility in my life as a whole and sleep a LOT better at night now. My System is pretty much completely detoxed of all unnatural crap in the foods these days
Nothing processed either, if it comes in a box it stays in the store

Just got home Brother, time to get busy wit building coils for this new Nimbus and completely take down and rebuild the Ithaka. I think I will try my hand again at an X coil dual coil. The flavor is just amazing on it that way.

Okay.... Got the Ithaka Rebuilt and thoroughly cleaned out of the funky taste from the deep frying I gave it with the Chi You LOL I forgot to lock the button before I put it into my mod holder in the car 
AND I set up the Nimbus with a 0.8 ohm Single coil for use on the Poldiac... WHOA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NELLY!!!!! This thing is POTENT Brother!!!! Really nice dripper and pretty darned easy to set up too. Has a load of TH too. I think I need to adjust the wick and coil down a bit though to get it right in front of the air hole to decrease the TH a bit.
I am So Danged Happy with the Christmas Chi Brother, it is truly a mod that has indeed lived up to it's reputation.

Wow Bro, all I can say is W O W!! I had to cut back on how much I vape because the Chi with the Ithaka, even with a higher ohm coil, Plus the 0.8 ohm coil on the Nimbus are both so efficient that I just cannot chain vape them. I have to take a couple puffs and then put them down because they "Get It Done" really really well. Depending on how things go with the Nimbus today when I do the dual coil rebuild on the Nimbus, I may end up putting the Mark T up on the chopping block Brother.

I learned from the best Yeah man I have tried every single juice I have here at the house and each and every one of them tastes amazing with this coil set up. I took out the Micro drill bit and evened out the air holes as they were a tiny bit off and found out that was what was causing the harsher TH on it. It was not really that harsh because it was just a hair off of perfectly round on the holes but it is smooth as silk now. I see what you mean about the plumes too. Wet, Rich and absolutely Flavor Packed clouds with the dual coil set up. I do not have the wire required to do a safe quad coil but when I get some I may give that a try as well. Just have to wait for my 34 AWG to come in so I can start work on the Quad set up I want to accomplish Then I can run fire drills here in the living room with just an atomizer LMAO

The set up I saw with quads was using 28 gauge, but that is really pushing the battery capabilities.

LOL Yeah I just played with the orientation of the air holes until I got it just right
Now it is super smooth and HUGE Plumes even with a 0.8 dual coil. I really want to try and keep it well within safe operational limits for the battery, I am thinking though if I use 32 and pre wrap the coils really perfect around a drill bit I bet I can get enough wraps to make it at least up to 0.6 ohms with Quads on it I think I will try that out tomorrow if the 34 does not come in Hope you had a very relaxing day today my Friend
